White grape is just drinking fructose, same as drinking soda. You don't need whole milk either; these are both ways to get in more calories easily but your current diet and eating pattern should determine if you need to add more carbs and fats. Not arbitrarily adding them because they helped someone else gain weight. And they wouldn't be any better than eating any other junk with similar macros (I know guys who prefer to eat icecream every night when gaining for example). I'm an Oreo guy myself

Grape fruit juice will make the Boladrol (and anything else) pass thru the liver better. That's why it's forbidden on a lot of prescriptions, as the doc is already prescribing X dose for a reason and grapefruit will unnecessarily intensify it. If you were taking 1-Andro, grapefruit juice would be great, but with something already so efficient at getting thru the liver like Boladrol I wouldn't use it.
 
DAY 7 UPDATE:
Just got home from the gym. Pumps are good.
My strength is now finally starting to increase, not dramatically, but I was able to put up more reps on heavy weight.
Looks more defined and feeling good overall.
Will weigh myself in the morning and check back in with you guys tomorrow!

Any aggression? How are the testicles? Any increase in appetite? I'm pretty interested in this
 
I'm running it at 6mg per day. 3mg capsules taken 8 hours apart.
Also, taking cycle guard and Tudca. Along with an aromatase inhibitor.
30 day Cycle.
 
Day 8:
Woke up this morning feeling pretty good. Took my doses and drank my coffee. Now I'm feeling a little nauseated right now and somewhat bloated so I skipped my morning shake. I'm not sure if it's because of what I ate. Because I ate two big chicken fajita tacos on corn tortillas yesterday.
I'll just eat a big healthy lunch.

Mood is somewhat atm.
Today is my off day.
I gained 2 more lbs.
I'm at school right now and dont feel like talking to anybody lol.
 
DAY 8 update:
Just ate lunch and feeling great.
Feeling aggressive and not so much on the friendly side as I usually am.
Mood is on the up and up though!
 
DAY 9: weighed my self this morning and still holding at 4lbs gained this far. (Could be because of my increase in calories). I'm about to go hit the gym right now, back/biceps. Hopefully I'll see an improvment in strength today.
Mood is on the up side today.
Hung out with a girl from my class today. Libido seems to be good right now.
 
DAY 10:
Just woke up, weighed my self and I'm up 3 more lbs. I think this is partly because I had a very busy day and I had to squeeze in my calories last night. Muscle are looking bigger, especially my arms.
Getting ready for work and today is shoulder/calf day and I'm going to kill it!
 
DAY 10 Update:
I felt very strong today during my shoulder workout. But I had a problem with my right shoulder. It was hurting a bit for some reason when I first started, but subsided after 2 warm up sets. I didn't go super heavy on shoulder press because I don't want to injure myself and have to end up getting surgery down the road.(I'm pretty pissed off about it). Hopefully It will be better by chest day. I did more sets than I usually do. I felt as if I couldn't get enough.
Bdrol is working now.
Feeling great.
 
DAY 11:
Weighed my self this morning and I'm at the same exact weight. I didn't have to eat late last night either. I worked 8 hours, went to the gym and then did some shopping I had to do. And as soon as I got home, I was SLEEPY so I passed out. Got about 9-10 hours of sleep.

Mood is good.
I feel like the tudca really helps.
I'm gonna hit legs today and will update how that goes
 
DAY 11 update:
It feels like something is going on with my Scrotum. It's feeling "tight".
It doesn't hurt it just feels like I have blue balls. My balls feel fine and full.
Is this normal?

Try warm bath not hot give light massage. How long you been on for ?

In on this, about to start SOLO Bola log over on PHF. Testing Bola for the first time and have a boat load of cycles under my belt including harsher SD, EPI, MSTEN etc... Going for pure strength gains trying to break prior PR's. Will be good comparison as all my PR's were with SD a few years ago...

The shoulder pain could simply be a lack of sufficient warmup. Before I even hit the bench I've typically done 30-60 reps each of facepulls or band pullaparts and hammercurls or another curl variation to push blood in my shoulder. Typically 2-3 sets with the bar, then 95, then 135 and so on making divided jumps to my work weight for the day. All of this often after I've drug the 100lb sled several hundred feet fwd and backwards, or some other GPP movement to raise my heartrate and body temp.

This only takes 15 minutes tops and prepares my body to train flat out as safely as possible.

When I was at a very commercial gym I would hop on the treadmill for 5 min or do the ab wheel and then hit a cable station and just get everything a little warm. Some very light rows, facepulls, curls, flys, Tri extensions.

On low body days some bodyweight or goblet squats and Bulgarian split squat, just a couple sets each, after sled or step mill or stationary bike for 5 min.

It doesn't need to take a long time, but it cut down on tweaks or bad sessions significantly.

Hey y'all sorry for the late update. I have A lot going on right now with school and work.
I weighed myself this morning and I'm holding at the same weight as I was yesterday.
Today I hit some chest/triceps and noticed a slight strength increase. I've been taking my AI and I've noticed a decrease in libido.
My mood and energy is still good.
 
You're also becoming suppressed. First week you still have natural test production going and you're adding the exogenous androgens on top of it, but by now the boys are going on strike to a greater degree.

Woke up feeling well rested. Been getting 8 hours of sleep each night. I'm still holding at the same weight. ��. I'm going to up my calories some more. I'm looking fuller.
Mood is good.
Energy is normal.
I'm about to head to the gym and hit some back/biceps.
Will update how that goes later.
 
DAY 13 Update:
My back and bicep workout was great. I'm really going up in strength (my back especially). So far the only great thing I'm noticing is a good increase in strength but not so much in size.
This compound seems to be pretty dry. My muscles are more defined.
I'm hoping to pack on at least 10lbs.
No bad sides to report so far.
 
As soon as I recover from this cycle (about 6-8 months from now). I might run a test only cycle for 12 weeks, and possibly throw in some dbol to jump start it.
Any thoughts on this?
 
6-8 months, that's one long recovery my friend!

Yeah I know. I just want to make sure I'm ready and not just diving into it. I also am curious how much gains I'm going to keep after the bdrol and if it's maintainable over a long period of time of being off.

Weighed in at the same weight.
Been felling good for the most part today.
On my way to hit legs and abs.
This morning I drank some coffee right after I took 3mg Boladrol and when I got to school I felt really jumpy and my heart was racing. It felt ****ty but subsided after an hour.
Will update you guys after the gym

Just got home from the gym.
My leg strength has increased dramatically. I deciced to add 2 more 45 plates and that wasn't hard at all. So then I deciced to add another 2 45s and I did 3 sets of that for 8 reps.
So I'm pleased with that. My gains still seem very dry.

sorry for the late update, got a lot going on.
I hit some back and biceps today and had a great workout.
Libido seems to be coming back.
Strength is still the same but higher than before I started the cycle. I'm still at 5lbs total gained since i started. I notice a change in my arms especially. They look bigger. I've even had a few people tell me not to get any bigger than I am now. But I love this sht. I feel great going into the gym, getting stronger and bigger.
Mood is great.
