I start Boladrol tomorrow and I decided this log would probably be a good idea. So without further ado let's get started!!

Base Stats: Weight - 180
Body Fat - 11%
Biceps -14"
Shoulders - 48"
Chest - 38 and 1/2 "
Waist - 33 and 1/2 "
Thighs - 22"
Calves - 14"
Neck - 15"

Support Supp: Fish Oil (4 times daily)
Animal Pak (1 pack upon waking)
Cycle Assist (twice daily)
Taurine (twice daily)
Glucosamine (twice daily)
Liv-52 (Don't think I need it so i'm gonna save for Post Cycle)

Why Boladrol? I havent seen too many people that are happy with it
 
I bought this the night it was released. Still haven't opened it. I WILL be following along to see how this works for you. I've had a hard time finding a lot of logs with great results.
 
im interested too. i bought into the hype and got a pack of boladrol, but im giving it to my bro. just wondering if it's even worth him taking in the future.
 
Day 1

Took 2mg in the morning along with breakfast before work (8:30AM). Idk if it's placebo or what but I started feeling a little dizzy at work around 10:30AM. I continued to drink more water and it went away shortly after. Taking my last 2mg before bed tonight. Also I noticed my appetite has hit the roof... I can't stop eating lol.

Workout: Arms/Abs/LISS. Felt like my pump came faster today but once again it was probably all in my head. I honestly don't expect to feel anything or see results until around day 3-4.

Mood: Normal

Weight: Nothing new. All water weight atm.


Also I updated OP with the support i'm taking with it.
 
sounds like it is working. orally available androgens begin working as soon as they are absorbed into your system. there is no lag time like many bro scientist believe. it just takes time to build muscle. but active androgens begin working immediately.
 
Day 2

No headaches/dizzyness at all today. Felt great today. The pump is definitely coming faster... I noticed it especially on the way to work when my calves got tight within the first 4 minutes of walking.

Workout: Heavy Lower Back , Legs, and obliques. Weight on everything was pretty much the same. I did notice a higher lvl of intensity though. I was more focused and I just wanted to keep going.

Mood: Felt a little more aggressive.

Weight: No gain yet. (Still water weight)

I'm hoping for it to finally kick in tomorrow. Crossing my fingers!! haha
 
Day 3

Mood: I have the same aggression I had yesterday. Noticed some things are pissing me off more than normal though.

Workout: None. Today is my off day.

Weight: 182 (All water/food weight atm) I Make sure i'm always full.

I know you all are probably bored as hell with my log lol. Should have some gains tomorrow... at least that's when my hdrol kicked in.
 
not bored, run the log for you, dont worry if no one post in it. people never post in my reviews/logs. i dont care, if they want to look at it, and care about my thoughts, nice, if not, oh well.
 
Day 4

Mood: Happy for the most part but some things that normally wouldn't piss me off did today.

Workout: Delts,Lats, and Traps Normal workout. Still no strength gains.

Weight: I actually lost a pound today... WTF! I'm assuming the pound i lost was just all fat but i'm still frustrated. I don't understand why this stuff hasn't kicked in yet. My last cycle of Hdrol kicked in soooooo fast (Gained 10 pounds in the 1st week). And yes I'm using the same diet I used on that. I'm eating over my calorie maintenance yet Im still not seeing any gains. TBH i'm starting to lose faith in boladrol. I wouldn't be so pissed if there were strength gains but as of now there is neither weight nor strength gains.
 
I spent way too much money on this cycle for it to go to ****. Really hope the gains come soon. I got 20 pounds off Hdrol and was expecting even better gains off Boladrol. I wanted 20-30 pounds but man right now i'd be happy with 15-20 solid pounds. I know it's still pretty early though. Crossing my fingers lol.
 
WOW, wonder if you'll just have to accept a 5-10lb gain... :dunno:

Hey, if you want, go buy another pouch! It's back on sale again!! :lol:
 
Day 5

Mood: Was in a great mood all day

Workout: Leg power/Abs/Heavy Lower Back. Solid workout still no noticeable strength gains.

Weight: FINALLY gained a pound.

I cheated last night.... It was one my friend's bachelor party and I had some beer. I know i really shouldn't have done it but hey it was a bachelor party after all. I'm taking cycle assist and Animal pak so my liver is very well protected. Not to mention I have some Liv-52 standing by. Not drinking anymore though while on cycle. That was the only exception.
 
I mix eggs with Gatorade powder and its delicious or I have my wife scramble ten eggs for a snack. I stopped protein powder so it really helps me out.

Day 6

Mood: Pretty average

Workout: Chest. Had a great workout today. Finally noticed some strength gains.

Weight: No change. Total gain so far is still 1 pound.
 
Day 7

Mood: Been in a great mood all day.

Workout: None (Today is my off day)

Weight: Still 181.

I'm decided to step up my calorie intake again so I'm going shopping tomorrow for some eggs and more chicken. I'm always on the go because I work during the week so does anyone have any easy to make high calorie food ideas? Right now my on the go foods are cashews, Peanut Butter sandwiches, and occasionally some fruit.
 
Its not a bulker per se, but it is a toning hardener, calorie uppage is wise, more protein like a pound of meat a day, hamburger helper,
 
Yer not gonna get the weight ya weight ya want with this, I think yer runnin it too high and too long, at the end of week 4 yer gonna find it hard to piss. JMO

Can you explain ? I'm doing everything the same way I did it on my last cycle of Hdrol (gained 20 pounds off it). I understand this PH is stronger and that's why I have more cycle support. Is there anything maybe I could bridge this to around week 2 or 3 if I dont see the results i want?
 
Its almost as toxic as SD and has more of an effect on prostate, its almost as toxic as Superdrol and highly androgenic, ya really want to stop at day 14, I would bridge into Epi or transdermal tren, it will help into PCT. Youll still be getting effect from boladrol for 10 days after ending it.
 
I'm about to start a bolodral cycle too n I was gonna order another bottle so I could up the dose n run it for four weeks. Maybe I'll brdge it too,I wanna see some good strength gains by the time I'm done, but don't we all.
 
What I'm thinking about doing now is if I don't start seeing results by the end of week 2-3 I think i'm gonna bridge to epi. I'd like to do a 6 week cycle (30/40/50/60/60/60) of epi if i could safely. My PCT for bola is excellent so I'm not too worried about that. Question though. Would I hold off PCT until after Epi bridge? Also would I need to increase the amount of time off PH completely after? Usually I wait 8 weeks between cycles.
 
actually, from what i've seen with the boladrol logs, reviews, i think you are running it too low, and should be more like 10/12/16/18

when I tested the bola, I didn't find it to be very bad by itself, it's when it is stacked with another methyl that you start to notice problems, well, di methyl i should say.
 
if you aren't happy with the results, sure go into epi cycle, hopefully that doesn't suck too, but save pct untill you are completely done with your cycle.

I've never tried superdrol. I did my research and I figured i'd do boladrol since it's reportedly a stronger PH. 10/12/16/18 seems VERY high btw... not sure I'd try that until that dosage is proven to be safe.


Edit: So it looks maybe I just haven't been patient enough. I've been googling again all day and it seems like bola doesn't kick in til week 2 for some people. Hopefully I'm one of those people. I'm still gonna bump up my calorie intake and just hope for the best.

Its not as strong as Superdrol, its as toxic as Superdrol, its high level of androgenicity limits the length it should be used, just my opinion. Good luck with it.

Its not a mass gainer.
 
Day 8

Mood: Easily Irritated

Workout: Arms and Abs. Supersets for every workout this week. Definitely noticed my strength being increased FINALLY! I felt like an animal.....I just kept wanting to lift over and over again today. I had to force myself to leave before I overworked my arms haha.

Weight: 183. Gained 2 pounds over the weekend! Stuff is finally kicking in... thank god haha


Week 1 totals: Gained 3 pounds , 2 inches on my chest , and 1/2 inch on my calves. Not too bad.
 
After you lift weights, do you notice, an increased feeling and dense appearance of the bicep?

If you are talking about the pump yeah I felt that during and after my workout. My biceps as well as most of my arm felt tight throughout my workout. My biceps by far are the hardest part of my body to get to grow. It's so frustrating.

Im wondering if perhaps you may begin to realize that your biceps really are getting bigger than you may seem to soon see

Honestly my biceps have been 14" for a while now so I really don't know how to tell if they are making progress or not. Btw I just had dinner like 45 min ago and I'm hungry again. This hunger is insane lol.

Naturally, you realize the more food you eat, the more your biceps will grow, suddenly youare eating without thinking about it, you feel the energy flowing through your arms. Food, food, food, lifting the weights smart. How are you looking, feeling before the after?

Not sure what you are asking. Do you mean how do my biceps feel before/after I eat?

Everybody thinks their biceps are lagging, really there not, excess calories have an anabolic action too, I always noticed the bigger my gut was the better my muscles looked. After these 8 days are you feeling like 14 days is enough and you might low dose Epi or skip it all together and eat more food?
