12-15% most likely but %'s really don't mean anything. All depends on how you look
Difficult to tell from this angle but I think it looks a lot lower than 15 given your ribs can be seen and your lower abs look flat. The lack of abs could just be they are under developed.
Don't want to hijack the thread, but I thought it'd be better than starting a whole new one.
It *seems* to me that my bf% would be around the same as OP (pfresh). Looking at the chart posted by Rocket3015 (thanks!), would it be safe to assume I'm around 15%? There's a Tanita body fat analyzer at my gym which says I'm 12.8%, but I think it's probably pretty inaccurate (its the bioelectric impedance type).
Thanks in advance, and again I apologize for hijacking the thread but thought it would be better than to clutter up the forum with a new thread.

Not running a log. Defecit of 500ish not tracking macros and following IF.
Guys, you realistically need to know a total body weight to be able to give a percentage.
Looking at round figures, a 225lb guy at 10% carries 22.5lb body fat. A 180lb guy at 10% carries 18lb body fat.
So a skinny guy at 12% could theoretically look much better than what that percentage indicates.
I'd say you're coming in at less than 10%....
2500 is not very much man and you don't have a lot to lose. You will start eating away at muscle at that rate and, without meaning to be too harsh, you don't have a lot to give away based on that photo. Maybe it's just the angle.
Carb cycling is great. Really make sure you get those carbs in on your carb days though or you will look flat. Make sure you get a proper cheat meal in once a week too.
