12-15% most likely but %'s really don't mean anything. All depends on how you look

Difficult to tell from this angle but I think it looks a lot lower than 15 given your ribs can be seen and your lower abs look flat. The lack of abs could just be they are under developed.

If they are under developed, what would you do to bring them up?

Don't want to hijack the thread, but I thought it'd be better than starting a whole new one.
It *seems* to me that my bf% would be around the same as OP (pfresh). Looking at the chart posted by Rocket3015 (thanks!), would it be safe to assume I'm around 15%? There's a Tanita body fat analyzer at my gym which says I'm 12.8%, but I think it's probably pretty inaccurate (its the bioelectric impedance type).

Thanks in advance, and again I apologize for hijacking the thread but thought it would be better than to clutter up the forum with a new thread.

Lol you aren't 15 percent you are lower. These guys are being harsh on you. I'm generally harsh but saying he's 15 is laughable

Just a heads up, ill be starting a new log on exotherm/incinderine in the next few days. Will post a link in here when i start, hoping to get into the single digits

Guys, you realistically need to know a total body weight to be able to give a percentage.

Looking at round figures, a 225lb guy at 10% carries 22.5lb body fat. A 180lb guy at 10% carries 18lb body fat.

So a skinny guy at 12% could theoretically look much better than what that percentage indicates.

Im 6'2 hovering around 185

I'd say you're coming in at less than 10%....

Thanks man, i think ive leaned out a bit more this week despite moving calories up to 3300. I was losing weight too quick at 2500. Im trying to do more of a recomp now and just started carb cycling. I think the carb cycling is really doing wonders for me, im going to keep calories higher and see what happens. Still waiting on exotherm and incinderine to start log but will post a link in here when it goes up.

2500 is not very much man and you don't have a lot to lose. You will start eating away at muscle at that rate and, without meaning to be too harsh, you don't have a lot to give away based on that photo. Maybe it's just the angle.

Carb cycling is great. Really make sure you get those carbs in on your carb days though or you will look flat. Make sure you get a proper cheat meal in once a week too.

No offense taken. Its all about the journey. I have only been training for 3 and a half years and still have so much to learn. The more i can absorb from those who are wiser around me the better. I am always open to advice. Im currently doing 3 low, one high and carbs on high day set to 400 on low days less than 150. Fats on low days set to 185. Protein fills the rest i think around 250.

Huh? I don't understand. Can you please explain. Are you because a bigger guy at the percentage carries more fat he wont look as lean?
