Bobu butter burning

I have a friend I gave some bobu butter to and her skin burns for 3-5m after she puts on bobu but then it goes away, she likes the product but is wondering why it burns

Burning? That's definitely a first. Does she have a skin condition or allergies?

ya a painful burning, she does have eczema and also just regular seasonal allergies, the bobu has been helping with the skin but the burning wont go away everytime she uses it (it stops after a cpl min)
