I hope I didn't misinterpret you tha other night as so many conversations were going on. But I was wondering if you could shed some more light on performing 16 sets for major bodyparts, and 8 for minor... I think you said this was tha best set scheme for muscle hypertrophy?
I told you I doubted I could fit all that into one workout due to endurance issues, and you told me to split it up. Now I've heard of hitting a bodypart twice a week and I guess thats what I'd be accomplishing. My question is, why those variables? Does it have to be fit into 7 days or could it take longer -- hit a bodypart 3 times in 12 days? Why are those tha magic numbers? It would seem that if you could throw it all into one workout tha better... Obviously there is some kind of timeframe to do this and I'm trying to get a better understanding of tha whys and hows.
