Blueline and his new lifts

Probably my worst day in the gym in a very long time. I try to not let my attitude or day interfere with my gym time and today it happened. Super distracted. Kind of grumpy and couldn't get going. I still managed to do some stuff and got a decent pump. But I was so out of it I went and ran two miles. Wtf!

I use to be like that alot. now when I get to the gym in a bad mood, I just take it out on the weights and anyone in my way! I usually have a great workout and feel great when it is over. so a few guys think I'm a di ck, dont really care. lol

Typically when I'm agitated I do have a great workout cause I'm able to do that. but today I just couldn't get my brain focused on the lift. My pwo wasn't hitting right and everything was just off. I got a good pump but that was about it. Nothing was bettered today. Hopefully tomorrow that'll be different. Just depends on how the day goes I guess. My hammy is just to that point where I could squat but I'm going to wait a couple more days. I don't want to mess it up again.

Lol. I know right. I bet that's what it was.....

It had to have been the reason...

I mean alpha posted a pic of him holding stimrush. I'm sure that's where our products went. They "got lost" in transit. Lol

Vein Nutrition: Rupture: PWO
Today i was able to try rupture for the first time. If I support the product I better as heck have had tried it. I must say, I am so impressed with this preworkout I am not sure how it can get better.
Taste: I will be honest. I got the tropical fruit punch flavor. It is your run of the mill fruit punch flavor. It is not very exciting. It does not leave a bad taste in your mouth so thats a positive. It is however a down and go product. I give it 4/5 in taste. Ive had a lot of nasty pwo and a lot of tasty pwo. its not the best tasting but it doesn't make me gag and it doesn't leave a bad taste. That makes it a win in my book.
Mixability: Rupture mixed really well. It did not take much to get it mixed but it did leave a little residue on the bottom of my shaker though. I think i may have only used about 8oz of water so it may have reached its saturation point. I give it another 4/5. While it did not fully dissolve the first time for me I believe in a little more water it will.
Pre Workout Ability: Here is what everyone is waiting for. I took about 1.75 scoops and it rocked my world. I felt that great tingle from the BA after a few minutes and I was able to start warming up. By the time i finished my 6th or 7th set of squats I was fully involved. My body became lighter and all I wanted to do was workout. I was so focused on my workout that everything around me seemed to black out. After i did my leg workout i went and did pulldowns and rows until my lats screamed please stop. Then i did a dozen more sets. I had the energy, the drive, and the motivation to workout today for almost two hours. I had to force myself to stop. I am so pleased with this preworkout. This will be a pwo to watch out for. I give this a solid 6/5. what it lacked in outstanding flavor and mixing it made up for in efficiency as a preworkout. This should be a staple for everyone.

I had an amazing workout today. after i hit legs i kind of blacked out and i dont know exactly how many pulldowns and rows i actually did. i lost count after 20sets. it was a great day. i do know what my squats were.

squats 135x10x3 225x5x5 315x3x2

superset
hack squat 230x6x5
leg press 7x15 10x10 15x6 19x2 0x0

wide lat pulldowns- roughly 15 sets of pulldowns
cable rows - roughly 8-15 sets.

Today I did squats. Trying to get my legs back up after the injury.

It's feeling a lot better. I'd say I'm in that 90+% of being healed. Still kind of tight. But it's fine. Thanks for asking!

You have good days and bad days, sucks when you have a bad day. But the way I think about it is that bad days make your good days good, it's all relative. Also if every single day was a good day and you're breaking PRs and hitting new lifts every day, in 3 years you'd be the biggest, strongest dude in the world haha.

Really nice depth on those squats. From personal experience, it seems like the last rep or so was dropping a little fast. I used to go really heavy and really deep, but once I started doing heavy squats really deep I started to develop tendinitis in my knees from going so deep. I think when you go heavier (5+ plates), having so much weight push down on your when your keeps are deep over-stretches the knee tendons/ligaments. I only mention this because you go really deep on your squats, which is great but be careful going really heavy and really deep.

Appreciate the review! Our first PWO we didn't want to go too crazy with a flavor so we just have the standard fruit punch, green apple, and blue raspberry (latter two coming soon!) but in the upcoming products we're going to get a little more creative with flavors and of course community feedback is really important to us!

It was really my pleasure. I can't wait to see the future products of this company. Thanks for letting me a part of it!

My max is only 405-410ish. I had squatted in almost two weeks with that last set. So things were a little rough. When I go really heavy I start only breaking parallel. Hard to get out of the hole with 405 on my shoulders. But I'm gonna be pretty more aggressive with my legs now. I wanna get up to 450 by June.

Got some noodz to share. Definitely some change in my body.

I would say a positive change. Mostly clean size it looks like.

blueline438, Looking Good Brother!! With the right Diet, Exercise program, and the right Supplement, I can see you putting on 15-20 pounds of lean muscle.

Thanks man. That's what the plan is going to be. Starting March I will be going on a new plan and the goal will be to add 10-15lbs of lean muscle in 12-16 weeks. Then cut it all down to get ready to compete. I want to shoot for my current weight of 180 for stage weight but I want to be ripped as heck. I'm very comfortable with my current size. I feel small but I don't want to be smaller. So this month will basically be getting my body ready for months of punishment. Lol.

Thanks. I'm gonna try and lean out some more this month. I'd like to trim my core just a little more then really hit the weights hard. I'm gonna "supplement" these next few months with some gains.

I'm down 15 lbs from the December picture.

It looks like size. You look leaner. There we go with the illusion of cutting some fat and looking bigger when you are actually scale smaller. haha

My clothes still fit very well and aren't getting looser. Not getting any tighter either though. Something is changing though. I feel a lot stronger than I did in the first photo too.

Looking awesome man! Good to see your hard work paying off

Just wanted to say, I personally talked to blueline438 over the phone today and I'm glad I got to know him better! We're really happy to have him on our team and hope to help him as much as he'll help us.

Expect big changes from him this next year!

Solid Work brother ... keep killing it

talked to my coach today for a bit and working out some fine details. I cant actually start "training" with him until my doctor ordered therapy is complete. However i can discuss things with him, and if it just so happens that we are working out at the same time then oh well. lol. i had a pretty decent workout these last two days. my hamstring is almost fully healed so ive started doing my leg stuff again just not near the same weight, because thats freaking heavy now lol. i also did some deadlifts today. i took it pretty easy, and by easy i mean 315 was really heavy. its been several, several weeks since i did deadlifts last.

lot of big changes going to be coming soon. well not really soon but over the next few months. lol. im excited to get started down this road. i just hope i can stick to my guns and not start early..... probably gonna start early..... lmao..... yeah

Shiiittt man, real food!!! I'm so fcking sick of chicken and rice lol

You know your diet is beefaroni and McDonald's....hehe

Oh I'm definitely in. My wife seared that steak on a cast iron. It's so tender you can use a fork. The homemade mac and cheese is another story. She made roo, not the right spelling don't judge me, out of like 5 cheeses and then finished it off in the oven. It was freaking amazing.

February-the steak month.
I like it.
