Got some pretty exciting news early this morning. I'll share later. But things are getting interesting around here.

Thanks guys. I am working a lot harder than I used too. I ate a ton of bad food yesterday. Pasta and smores and what not. I'm kinda treating the weekends like a whole refeed. I'd say I'm under 100 carbs a day during the week. I haven't been tracking but I will start this week. It's a pain to track since a lot of what I make/eat is homemade. That's a significant drop considering I was drinking like 300 carbs in Mtn dew
 
This is why my weekend is considered a refeed. Lol.

Lmao. Yes. More times than I remember. It's a lot of fun but there's so much paperwork afterwards.
 
Well yes and no. Unlike pepper spray the tasing is optional. You don't have to do it but if you don't you're a wuss. Lol. I did get tased but not like normal. I had just recovered from a bad back injury and I didn't want the contractions in my upper back. So I opted for the contact taser on my leg. They put contacts on my upper calf and ankle and lit me up. It was awful. I had contact burns for a week. Lol. Wish I had jut been tased instead.

Pepper spray is a requirement because you must know the effects and how to function if you've been sprayed. Unlike a taser it gets on everyone. Lol
 
We use to have buffalo on the ranch in the 90's and they started getting crazy dangerous once they started having calves... long story short, we'd have to drive into the pasture and give them grain from the back of a pick up truck...

One buffalo cow started taking the truck.. So we decided to hit her with bear spray when she tried to gore the truck... as you can imagine, I got pepper sprayed and couldn't see/breathe.

It made me think about using pepper spray as bear protection... I bought a .44mag shortly after lol
 
Lmao. Yea pepper spray sucks and for some it's completely incapacitating. But for others and bears it's not effective. Lol.
 
Ugh guys. My diet took a dump this morning. I wasn't minding my food and paying attention. I ate a whole bagel. Ugh. 55 carbs. Plus cream cheese. Dammit. Now I'm gonn have to hit the gym really hard today.

My wife had a bagel and I was ooh. That looks good. After I ate it I was omg.
 
My hammy is still healing up too. I can feel the muscle is really tight and it feels a lot different than my left leg. It feels like a tight band running up my leg. It still hurts. So now legs this week. I gotta rest a little bit longer.

might start put some light stretching on it if you haven't already. don't over due it. light and often, then keep adding a little more, you know what I'm saying.
 
Yea. I had been doing static stretches but they told me to do some active stretching. I gave one of those confused faces and they showed me some stuff. So I've been stretching it regularly.

I have several good friends who are cops, and one day we were talking about getting tazed. Long story short, I ended up getting hit twice just to prove I wasn't a p$$y. (Should have just admitted it and skipped the second one). Cops have a really odd sense of humor.

So my body is getting a little better. Not as sore as it was this morning. I think I will do some light light leg press stuff today and some extensions. Or I'm gonna do chest and arms high volume. Fun with chains?? :D

I'm working on my next cycle and I think I'm gonna shy away from a pin cycle right now. I'm thinking about maybe trying a couple Sarms mixed with some epiandro or something for 8 weeks. I'm thinking ostarine and cardarine for 8 weeks with some form of epiandro and maybe like 4 andro or something similar for drier gains. What ya think? I don't want to get addicted to how amazing I feel on cycle and screw up my natural production. Lol. What you guys think? Should I just pin anyways?

a lot of options either way. I'm not the one to give advice from experience. just the experience and bro science of others.

PRO's: typical 1ad, 4ad, Epi. (maybe Trest)
Sarms: MK-2866, LDG-4033 don't know anyone that has taken the other stuff. (still want a test base with either one.)

I want to increase the amount I take of it though. 1 andro in my opinion is dirty size. 4 andro from what I've experienced is pretty lean. BEAST73 is taking ostarine and seeing good results. I want to trim some more fat and get down to single digits. Caradarine increases cardiovascular endurance and has a few other benefits. I really want to try those. I'm just not sure if I want to add 4andro or one of those (don't judge my knowledge here) like 17dhea or something like that. The compound that's in OLs super shred. I can't remember right now.

BEAST73 I think is taking EPI and MK-2866 he is low dosing the MK-2866 (ostarine) like just 10mg.
1ad is dry.
4ad is wet but some use it as a test base.
 
You should look into trest and epistane... perfect cutting/recomp cycle and relatively cheap
