no gym today I had a basketball game in the south end of boston which i had to drive too. definitely sweat a lot though so i was a good day cardio wise. i started eating better today, dropped the fiber one bars, and my kashi cereal bar , both contain a lot of carbs per serving around 71 grams for the day.

Im doing great on my diet right now the only bad thing i ate was 30 fat free pringles .....day 4 of healthy eating... i am very tired though my energy is down since i started.

Yes no breaks, and I don't really see myself stopping it's keeping me lean while I'm cutting giving me more confidence as I cut carbs down.

The first 3 bottles though my diet was not on point , for the last bottle I've been eating very healthy had one cheat meal in 9 days and my next cheat meal will be my birthday next week.
 
Exotherm seems to be tolerable for long term use. Low estro sides only showed at higher doses.

I'm using 3 pumps per day and I have no sides at all, I was taking shift by pes and then dropped it and added a caffeine pill and bam I started losing quicker.
 
Going back to the gym today ! Went to a j cole concert in Boston area last night it was great. Have another test tomorrow afternoon so it may only be cardio tomorrow morning to keep my head clear for the test. I should have studied more this week for it but I was really close in passing it last time so we will see.

hit cardio today for 35 mins burned 427 cals, i was pretty tired today and had a few meetings for work so i didn't get to lift. tomorrow i have a basketball game late and i might just go lift before to get the blood flowing.

I'm actually scared that I'm going to be finishing my 4th bottle soon and dont have any more on tap. i dont know what I'm going to do lololol
 
Hit legs a few days ago good granger that workout up I'm almost done with Exo it was a great run. I'll post it up a little later today maybe in the evening after the kids are ready for bed.
