BLR NEW silver back Transdermal

Going to hit the gym soon most likely a lower body workout or back. Need to relieve some stress I have 3 tests for my teaching license this week a lot of studying going on this week.
 
last nights back workout was insane !!

warm up pull ups wide grip
3 sets about 9,10 each- i weigh 220 so for me that means its going to be a good day when I'm doing pull-ups like that for a warm up

* At this point I think I'm the strongest in the gym and i forgot to start off with barbell rows and i didn't want to do arms at the end so i decided to keep the reverse grip stuff going for the day and do barbell rows. I'm sweating like a pig at this point, literally needed a towel with me for each exercise.

yea i did cardio at the end on the precor machine which i love its like a stair master/elliptical/ skiing machine all in one

very good day seeing that i was so stressed in the day taking one of my license tests.

My shoulder ac joint is acting up its flaring up a bit but I still got after it

3x12 , the craziest pump from this my triceps were swollen

No cardio today but tomorrow I will get it in. Icing my shoulder right now as I'm typing this. Still sweating like crazy in the gym from the fat burner, weight is steady at 220 but I look like 210 ish.
 
If anyone has some good exercises stretches for ac joint , impingement please share , I know overhead movements like shoulder press shouldn't be used right but if you have any others please let me know.

yea i love them my core is much stronger after doing them a lot. you should give it a try and mix it in, your legs will be so pumped after.
 
Got some more updates coming weight has been steady but I look drier and feel stronger in the gym I'm almost done with my bottle going to be getting more this week! So far I like this product better than formeron and that is really saying something.

Overall felt great didn't do cardio because I'm Reffing all weekend which is like 18 games for both days. Looking full and dry my shoulders look huge still from the other day of lifting.

This morning my legs were toast. I took my last application this morning, bitter sweet, hopefully brundel sends out some more for me so i can keep this recomp/ fat loss going for the rest of the summer. I may do some crazy ish and try legs again just to trick the body a bit but it might be an arm day for me again. I really need to get my bow ties back in order like the area between my front delts and the top of my biceps back. i know my bf has something to do with it but if i can get that i might be back in beast mode again. we will see how the day goes today. I had 35 restraints in one day yesterday which is nuts for special education teacher.

update on the bottles

the texture of the transdermal is much better not as watery. the final product should be great i cant wait until people get to try this, its going to be amazing.
 
It took some tinkering to figure out how much carbomer to use. I dont want a THICK gel as it wont go through the pump but I also dont want a fluid.
The carbomer helps keep everything even as well.
I have the formula down now. Most of the test bottles were..well test bottles. Some were really thick. Some were like water.
The final product is just thick enough that its not runny but thin enough to pump and easily apply. Perfect I think.

Sorry for the missed updates I've had a crazy few days at work I'm just drained. I messed up the other day and had Chinese food and gained like 1.6 lbs but it will come off. I'm hitting the gym in a few today.
 
TD should be any day now. Really its just up to when I can handle the workload and promotions. Probably Monday.

Had no energy today I think work drained me and I forgot to put my third dose before the gym, wasn't sweating like I usually do still got in there. Didn't do my bicep workout with this today might save it for tomorrow. Weight is steady at 221 but my front delts are showing a little bit of cuts. Going to up my cardio to 400 calls per session to until I get under 215lbs.
 
Dropping those last few pounds are always tough, Keep at it and good luck!
 
Ya it can be rough dropping into the sub 10% and beyond.
I have always incorporated no carb days in order to get there.
Same caloric intake but from only fat and protein 2 to 3 days a week.
With 1 heavy cheat meal a week.

I'm more like 15-17% right now but yea it's going to be a struggle, I may do like all veggies one day and protein and see how that goes.

My legs were toast today ! Wow anyway, I dosed my last does right before bed, I woke up in a sweat and was dry in the am ! I think I found a new dose time instead of before my pm gym session.
 
This really is a wicked product. Lots of testers are saying they like it more than Formeron which IS saying something!.
The fat loss potential is exceptional and its great for lean muscle gains.

Brundel when is it coming out I must know.
 
Poor brundel I know we bug you to death, but that what you get for producing "Good Stuff" I hope the orders make it all worth while !
