BLR Letrone first thing in morning, or before bed? Thoughts?

On the Black Lion Research Viron/Letrone combo. Going to incorporate Letrone into the mix and wondering if people have taken this (or other AI's) before bed, or in the morning? Is there a "best time" to take it? Thanks everyone for any information.

Estrogen is highest in the morning...so I Usually go with a morning dose....but depends on the dosing protocol...if you have to split the doses...why not do both

Morning and Afternoon is pretty common. I would check out the supplement logs section as well and see what others have dosed it at. I know there are past logs on letrone.
