BLR Androgin 8 Week Log

Hi Everyone!

I’ve been powerlifting for 2 years now (bodybuilding previously) and have ran various natural supplements. After some research, BLR Androgin has caught my eye. I’ll be running this for 8 weeks at 2 caps per day. My goal will be to update this log 1-2x per week.

Current stats:
BW - 187lbs
Squat - 405lbs
Bench - 285lbs
Deadlift - 500lbs

Supplements I’ll be running:
5g Creatine
Whey Protein Isolate
Allmax Vitastack
Androgin (2 caps per day)

Training:
5x per week
Lower Push
Upper Push
Lower Pull
Lower Push/Pull (variations)
Upper Push

Not going to lie, my sleep has been pretty solid the past two nights….even with a 3 month old!
 
Week 1 in the books!

I was thinking about the best way to log this…. I’ll run a scale (5 being very noticeable) on everything I’m noticing with a little recap. Feel free to ask any questions specifically to a category.

MACROS:
Fat: 45g
Carb: 300g
Protein: 180g

DOSING:
2 caps per day (AM & PM)

IN THE GYM
Strength: 3? - Still early, but did hit a PR on bench for a 4rm
Pump: 4 - Seems to be a little easier to achieve
Endurance: 3.5 - Towards the end of this week, I felt a little more endurance when it comes to squeezing out a few more reps.

OUT OF GYM
Sleep: 3.5 - I had two nights where I noticed quality sleep and feeling refreshed even though I woke a up multiple times.
Hunger: 2 - Might of been just me, but hunger seemed to hit a little more this week. Workout volume has been higher this block.
 
IN THE GYM
Strength: 3? - Still early, but did hit a PR on bench for a 4rm
Pump: 4 - Seems to be a little easier to achieve
Endurance: 3.5 - Towards the end of this week, I felt a little more endurance when it comes to squeezing out a few more reps.

Nice! Always exciting to hit a PR on rep maxes.
 
Week 2

This week was deload week for my programming. Lifts felt good, nothing to heavy. Not too much to report in recovery as nothing was too taxing. Sleep has been uniquely different…I’m waking up multiple times throughout the night due to our newly born son. Even with all that disruption, I’m feeling good in the mornings! I’ve locked in an official meet very close to the end of this 8 week log.

MACROS:
Fat: 45g
Carb: 300g
Protein: 180g

DOSING:
2 caps per day (AM & PM)

IN THE GYM
Strength: 3- keeping this a 3 as it was deload.
Pump: 4 - again, pump seemed to be more apparent than normal
Endurance: 4 - I’m going up a point! Higher rep movements have a notable change. I feel as if I can push a few more out. This might seem like nothing to some, but this will hopefully equal a bigger PR in the upcoming weeks.

OUT OF GYM
Sleep: 4 - going up a half point. Feeling refreshed on what would be poor quality sleep.
Hunger: 0 - no increase in hunger this week. Could. Have been from deload and not increasing TDEE.

On a side note, is there any advantage taking a larger dose? How about 30-60 minutes before a workout? I noticed a better pump when I took it 90 minutes prior….also could have been the salt from the sushi I’ve been trying to do it again, but keep forgetting a to grab a capsule before I leave for work.
