Anyone with some knowledge here I am just curious. Does it really matter what form of whey you use during a prep? Pure isolate? Milk isolate? A whey/casein blend? I mean are the different forms going to impact your physique differently? I'm thinking it all comes down to the calories ? Any thoughts

Only reason you would need an isolate is if you are lactose intolerant.
besides that stick to a quality whey or whey blend and use it to help supplement protein intake. When i diet and in contest prep i get more from whole foods because of satiety.
