Starting to feel a bit likes it's trying to kick in. I tend to have some back pump issues. Have any of you ever tried something like this: Invalid Link Removed
Sounds like a tedious task to "cleanse" lol
I may try this actually later on down the road..
Ok. The ON is definitely coming ON! I'm barely sore from that workout yesterday (besides my lower back), so it's time to start hitting it a lot harder. The workout is due to change next week and I'm really liking what's going on with tommurph. I'm thinking I may have to change the workout over to a 200 rep one like he's running for the next 4 weeks and see if I can do some damage in the gym...
200 rep total for a muscle group? Dats a lot mayne
Yeah, but it should be good for a few weeks. I was thinking of doing GVT anyway. This may be more fun... or it may be a lot more painful. But, what the heck! It's worth a shot. No pain, no gain!! Hey, Tyga, what's your favorite Myokem supp and why??
1. Nitramine-
-because it has 2g TMG and DOESNT have to be cycled. Has nootropics and other stimulants that give a strong focus but not over stimmed.
Then, MAGNITROPIN, ALPHADEX and Pyroxamine. Pyroxamine is last because I have no use for a fat burner and I haven't personally tried it yet. Looking at the label, you should get good appetite suppression with a strong focus because of the very mild caffiene and nootropics
Thanks, Tyga! I may have to order a bottle of Nitramine for PCT (and maybe use a little on-cycle for those "dragging" days. I try to support the guys that help me out. You're definitely on the list!!
Sub'd and very late.
It addition to the taurine you could try upping your potassium, maybe even foam rolling may help. Also how's your water intake? I've never had real issues with them there mild at there worst for me. I only get them doing certain lifts or shortly after I dose. I don't even take taurine...
Same here with the ON from Epi. It seemed like on Epi it was like one day BAM, this stuff is for real! My current stack seems like a slow starter.Sorry for no post yesterday. Work got a little busy and I was wiped by the time I got home. Anyway, here's my leg day: SM Leg Press 6x15x185 (only 20 sec's between sets) Hack Squat Machine 4x12x460 (Had to drop set the last 2 sets) Leg Curl 3x12x140 (Had to drop on last 2 sets) Calf Raise 100xBW+90 Abs (5 mins) 15 mins of light cardio Felt pretty good. Seems like hack squats are getting easier. I keep expecting the ON like I got with Epi, but I think Msten works a little different. Recovery seems to be really picking up speed. Usually I'm hurting the next day after legs, but I'm just a little sore this morning. Pumps are lasting a lot longer through the day and sometimes I get a pump just walking around. Pretty nice so far. I'm at 20mg Msten and 90mg Tren. I got my dermatren in yesterday and started using it last night. We'll see how that goes! Question: I've been having some issues with bask swells. Taurine definitely helps. Do you think using Dermatren may help also?

What is your diet like. I have usually seen it when people are bulking they are not taking in enough calories to give them the growth that they are expecting. This is the end of week 2 for you?
Nice work man! I would bump up the tren, if it seems too much you can drop back down, but when I ran tren/epi I ran tren pretty high and had great strength, and aggression though, lol.
Haha, yep your lucky if they have a set of DB's, then they only go up to about 50lbs.I'll bump up Tren next Wednesday. I'll be in Portland until Tuesday, and you know how hotel gyms are. :-(
I got that ON feeling right away with Msten and not until like weeks 3-4 with Epi/Tren. Funny how people react different. But you are running all 3 so...Don't sweat it man, it will probably surprise you all of a sudden. Recovery is a good sign things are happening though. Are you using anything for lethargy? That could also be why you felt so ON with Epi is because you were running Stano with it.
Ahh. Good point. I'm not really running anything for lethargy. I was going to get some dermacrine, but it seems to be sold out everywhere. Maybe I'll order something else and see if that helps. Some others mentioned that, but when I couldn't find any dermacrine, I kinda forgot about it.
Yeah man! Those drop sets are killer! Great volume! Pump city!Things are going well. I was in Portland Monday and Tuesday, so I was unable to get my log in. In the spirit of tommurph, I designed a new workout to add a little volume to things: Monday (at the Westin in downtown Portland) Supersets (10 sets) DB Curls (5x45.5x40.5x35.5x30) after 5 sets I dropped weights by 5lbs each DB skullcrushers (15x30) Then to finish things off: cable curl 25x35 one-arm pressdown 25x27.5 Threw in a little abs for good measure Tuesday (I stayed up late playing in Portland so I woke up late and not feeling too well, so I had to just get something done before my meeting) DB Front Squat 7x15 3 min's abs Back home today. A little drained from the travelling: Supersets (10 sets) DB Bench (15x60s) Pullups (11@BW) Finish with: Incline Bench Press 25x95 Cable Row 25x170 Abs (5 mins) I should have pushed a little more weght, but I was still run down from the 10 hrs of travel yesterday. All in all, I'm liking this volume. Thanks for the idea, tommurph!
I like your cycle I was wondering about your goals are they overall or for this cycle? Just wondering because by my calculations to get to them it's like a 10lb loss in fat and 25lb gain in muscle which would be fairy hard on a cycle 2x as long as yours. Not knocking you or your goals at all your putting in hard work but 25gain in muscle is ALOT if your looking to do it especially in 8 weeks
Good work man! Lot of volume, lot of pump! Your gonna bust through that shirt! It's good to hear things like that!
Awesome! Makes me excited just looking at this workout!Today was arms again. Bumped the weight a little bit this week. 10 supersets 20 db curls (5@45,5@40,5@35,5@30) 15 Skullcrusher @65lbs Finished with: 25 ezbar curls @ 65 lbs 25 rope press downs @ 40 50 weighted oblique crunches (ea side) 50 machine crunches 12 mins treadmill Another fun workout! I love volume!! I definitely got a "skin tearing pump" today.
