Agree. Scivation is extremely popular in my place. No customs issues. Even the officers know what is Xtend. Even the kids in local gym sip Xtend.
Thats why you see our products being compliant in all countries. It helps with sales, and does not limit us to selling just to X or Y Consumers.
South Korea is actually one of the biggest vendors for Scivation products!

Fasted again.

Energy: 15 minutes kick in. Lasted entire session of 90 minutes. Intensity was outstanding. Endurance excellent as well.

Can't avoid seeing the leg pumps and new veins are appearing all over the legs and calves so I think it's safe to say they nailed the pump vasodilation component above and beyond expectations

The thing I'm living most right now is the strength that continually improves. Sure it's ego but it's important bc it shows this product when used in a structured manner and when diets in check it will help u improve and move forward

Deep squat 5x6. Max lift 305. Smashing last weeks 290

Dl 6x5. Max lift 355. Just think about this. B4 I started using Quake I failed 365. And now 10 lbs less hit it five times

Rdl. 2x15 136,155

2-0-4 banded leg press 3x8 360

Banded calf press 360-3x10

Walking lunges 20-4x15

Ghr 1x15

Seated calf 3x15 with 8 pulses between reps

Single leg extensions 70x30

Bike 10 minutes

Was way busier over the weekend than I had planned so didn't get any lifting in at all. Besides that I chose poorly in food choices due to time constraints as well, again bc I had underestimated time limits.

Today I did chest and triceps. If I would've remembered this was Friday's workout I would've done something different to kick off the week but I realized this point already into my first exercise.

Fasted

Energy: very strong as it has been with 15 for initial kick in. Stayed strong entire workout which time wise was longer than anticipated due to

Endurance couldn't fairly gauge this today bc I was in gastric distress entire workout most likely bc my body was telling me to F off fir the food I put in over the weekend. I wound up having to stop and start throughout the session and run to locker room out of courtesy fir others in gym.

Anyhow energy still stayed strong entire time. Pump was deep and full and still pumped post workout x 2 hrs

Bench 4x6. 225,230,235,240
Power up again. Steady improvement week to week here

Incline 3x6 70,85,90. Tried 100 but only got 1 up. Prob should've started with this and probably would've got more

Decline db 4x12 50,55,60,65

I never do this so not sure if power was better or worse

Crossover 15x20,20x15,25x12

Little lower than last time I did this where I got 15 for 25

Vbar pd 3x20 50,60,70

Very impressed with that last set as I didn't break form at all where heavier weights sometimes happens

That's it for today

Really fun day today.

Fasted

Energy: 15 minutes kick in with initial surge. Focus was laser today. It's been great all run but perhaps best today. Energy lasted entire session of 90 minutes

Endurance: very nice less rest needed between sets and exercises.

Pumps crazy for lats and bis. Very full and long lasting

Rack pull: 10x3 best 385 again a new pr. That's three consecutive weeks a new pr. Also overall load better too as 7 of the 10 were 405 or better

Just a very enjoyable day where I wasn't sure how it would go today as I woke up tired despite 8 hrs sleep. But once quake kicked in and i moved higher on the rack pull I got this incredible surge of good vibes and it stayed rest of workout

Weird day

Energy was normal 15 initial kick in and it was consistent and strong for about 65 minutes today but then I hit a wall where it was like someone flipped a switch and I was like a punch drunk boxer just trying to get done.

Endurance can't really be examined too much today as I took 2 minutes between the compound stuff then I pretty much hit the wall

This may be the best product I've ever taken for leg pumps. U just can't avoid noticing how pumped the entire legs get on this plus the veins are out of control especially along the quad where the knee is closest to

Got a session in today

Energy: 15 minutes initial kick in sustained for entire workout of 80 min. And if I didn't have to bolt I could've got another 20 or so if solid energy

Endurance really shined today as I did all super sets with minimal rest and really no lag at all

Pumps tremendously prevalent in lats and biceps. Veins were crazy on calves and arms. Very full and deep as is typical with quake for me

Really didn't think I'd get to the gym today but things got rearranged so had a lot of unalloted time.

Bc I didn't think I'd b going I ate. And about half hour after is when I found out I was free. So dosed about 45 min after food.

Energy initial kick took about 30 min n today but I got delayed talking to someone so worked out perfectly where energy popped right after my warmup. Initial intensity was good but there's definitely a difference between fasted non Fasted. Workout was about 2 hours today including 25 min cardio at the end and energy stayed consistent throughout

Endurance shined again today as I kept rest down to 30-40 seconds and had really no noticeable issues keeping up or having to alter plans

Pump was great for shoulder not much for traps. Rear delts were really popping today though. Looked great imo

Back to fasted

Energy: really strong and quickest initial kick in time of about 13 minutes reason is know that is it's a 12 min drive to the gym I went to today and took right as I left the house and as I was walking in I felt that initial burst of energy

Stayed very strong for about 45 min then stayed consistent level of energy very good for the next hour.

Endurance not really tested all too much today as I took a cpl minutes between sets often today, although I could've gone earlier if I had to, so I guess that shows endurance working well

Pump. Well I'm sold as this is hands down best pump I've ever consistently had for legs. Idk why but Quake and my legs really play ball well together. Quads are still swole hours later

Power though was amazing today. I felt loved me a beast and prd a cpl more times today. That's like four straight weeks of breaking personal bests on leg day using Quake. It's gonna b my leg day go to fir sure.

6 minutes jog

Squat 3x10 warm up bw,45,135
7x6 225,275,315 new pr, 285,275,255,235

Conventional dl 5x6 225,275,315,335,345. K I'm not positive bc I haven't looked it up yet but I don't think I've hit 345x6 with staying in good form b4. I know I did it when I was 205 did 365x6 back then but my form sucked and I was 25 lbs heavier back then too. So was really happy here

Rdl 225-5x6

Hack 3x10 90,180,270 most reps I've ever hit at 270b4

Single leg plate loaded extensions 3x10 45,55,60

Single kneeling curls 3x12 40,60,70 80x10. Here I used a four sec negative each rep

Plate loaded calf press 3x20 160,205,230

Seated calf 75-3x10 slow with 2 sec pause at peak and at low point

Bike 7 min cool down

Tomorrow will finish off the second bottle but I have four sample packs which r 2 scoops each I believe so that'll take me to the end of this week.

Fasted.

Energy: took a little longer than usual to kick in today, not much, 20 minutes give or take a minute for the initial burst. Sustained for 90 minutes session. Began to feel tired about a half hour after session which is a bit quicker than has been. My fit bit said I had a ton of restless sleep last night so could be due to that bc normally I don't get zapped until a few hours post workout since using Quake.

Endurance was excellent again today as while I did take a cpl minutes on purpose early in the session I sped things up later on and really no drop off.

Pump: first noticed it towards the mid point of first exercise bench and pecs got fuller as lifting went on. Tris got deep and full pump too even b4 getting to that part of session. Pumps lastedfir the session and a bit beyond but nothing like back and leg pumps with Quake which seem to stay full for multiple hours post workout

Energy: initial at about 15 again. Nice feel. Lasted all workout and it's been 3 hrs and tired but not shot.

Endurance was great again today as for the most of the day I went with limited rest 30-40 seconds and still feel I had a very solid session power wise

Pumps: love the lat pumps with quake. Had to check the mirror a few times bc they literally felt like they were way outside body lol.

Power: hit yet another pr today. I know it's not really marketed as a strength gainer and diet etc prob plays a part but I just can't avoid recognizing the many prs Ive accumulated since start Quake. If I have the time Over The next few days I'll put together a spreadsheet comparing major lifts per body part and go pre Quake to on Quake. Prob be valuable info for scivation imo

Well today was interesting. I prob should've just taken the day off. I have SAD and whenever it's dark rainy and gloomy I get into a little depressed funk. Well it was actually good I went and got some stuff done bc I felt tons better afterwards which for obvious reasons makes sense. But man did I not feel it today. Was a battle but got it in and without Quake running through me def wouldn't have did what I had

Fasted:
Energy really solid about 15 fir initial kick and it was consistent throughout the session of about 65 minutes

Pump. Delts always get pumped and they were full and deep pumps yet again. No real trap pumps which is odd bc it's really the only group that hasn't got a good pump out of Quake.

Endurance I wanted to get in and get out so I raced between sets ergo very limited rest and for how I felt mentally today I think I did alright. Quake did its job for sure in this aspect

So you train almost 7 days straight?? Not optimal for someone on your intake or dieting. Just my 2 cents.

Matt Jansen said it best today:

"Those that truly have a good work ethic are the ones that I have to reign in from time to time to save them from doing to much. Recovery when you are already in a deficit is a very vital part of the process. More is not always better."

Been so busy with upcoming schedule just wanted to get as many days in as I could b4 having to miss days. I do try normally to take 1-2 a week though. Way it worked out was I thought I wouldn't get in at all last weekend but got in both days and didn't want to take off on off days or short shifts when I know I got crazy days ahead.i know logics not necessarily aligned with reality but was just afraid I'd only get 2-3 days in over a 2 week period didn't work out that way but anyhow that's my logic here

I was so excited getting to get back in the gym today. Not lifting since Thursday was brutal. Luckily I was pretty darn busy so never really felt the separation anxiety I usually feel on multi days off.

So went fasted.

Energy: outstanding initial kick. Perhaps best of the lot so far. I swear I was feeling it full force at around 12 minutes. That's the quickest it's taken to kick in. Lasted majority of the workout I'd say about 95 minutes of the 110 minute session

Pump: yeah Quake leg pumps r ridiculous and the leg veins out of control.

Endurance: it was fine but I got to admit I really felt i needed a bit more rest than usual as the workout went on. I firmly believe this was due to taking so many days consecutively off

8 minutes jog

Squat. Warmed up with tri level squats of 45 and 135. 10 each

Horizontal calf press 3x13 370,380,380

Sldl db 2x10 60,65

Single leg extensions 65x30

Bike 12 minutes

Altogether I have to admit that despite the energy level early I felt worse than I normally do yet I still hit 2 new prs continuing the trend I've experienced using Quake

I've learned that this many days off is prob too many for me personally in regards to how I feel b4 and after, super sore right now, but still had a crazy good workout regardless.

I have 1 pack left and will hit chest tomorrow hoping that I have a quality day. Ill drop a final 2 bottle review after tomorrow's workout but I can tell u right now, a teaser of sorts, that I'll b picking up a bottle soon and using it exclusively for leg days perhaps back too as those have all been outstanding as well

Woke up absolutely crazily famished this am. So I had no choice but to eat something so I had a cup of oats and a shake.

Not Fasted but it was about 4.5 hours after eating when I dosed my final Quake of the log.

Energy: was kinda surprised it kicked in at about 15 min like it does when Fasted but intensity of that initial wave wasn't quite as strong as Fasted but still pretty darn good. Took about 15 more minutes to build to a nice strong level.

Energy lasted whole session of about 90 minutes

Endurance was nice. I wasn't going super super fast but at about 45 seconds I was ready to go again.

Pump: full solid pecs and tris. Didn't take long to kick in either and stayed with me in fact tris still swole

At about where the numbers have been for much longer than I like. Was doing 10 at 225 just a few months back b4 I started my cut. I was 25 pounds heavier then but what bothers me is that out of all my splits Chest seems to have suffered in terms of power way more than any other of the splits, in fact, as you'll see in my final review later most splits I've actually seen increases in power lately. Chest though is a struggle. This really has everything to do with chest being a trouble spot fir me and the consequences of a cut and nothing really to do with quake at all but just thought I'd share my thoughts

Quake Final Review

Energy:

I used numerous protocols for dosing and found that all provide excellent levels of sustained energy. However I did find that by dosing Fasted I received my initial kick of energy quicker, roughly 5-10 minutes, with said kick being more intense than when fed. When fed I found u eventually get to a similar level of intensity however it takes a good twenty additional minutes or so to get to that level.

The sustained energy lasts fir entire workouts for the majority of sessions, outside factors do hinder this at times, but for the most part exceptional energy sustained for sessions of 45,60,90 and even 2 hrs.

Endurance: I knew going in that the endurance would shine as I've used peako2 and perform numerous times before and they give Amazing results in regards to endurance and quick recovery times. This was par fir the course with quake but there were many times throughout this log where I felt that these aspects were even enhanced all the more, perhaps from the inclusion of astrigin. But in any case you'll find your ability to stay at consistent intensity levels throughout your workouts yet needing less rest in between sets and it provides you the ability to endure said levels fir longer durations as well.

Pumps: very full, very solid pumps. Most last a little beyond your session with legs being a crazy exception fir me as they stayed swole very consistently for hours post workout. I've never paid attention to leg pumps with past products but Quake forces you to pay attention to them. On most days the pumps will kick in somewhere during your first few sets. Vasodilation is another excellent byproduct of Quake as my veins were more often than not like roadmaps.

In terms of comparison I'd rank Quake right up there with my favorite pre workouts. The thing that perhaps pushes it above the others is that with the others you get some sort of crash effect where with quake I only had that happen one or two times max. It has become my go to fir leg days for sure. Never had a product actually make me look forward to legs before.

An added benefit is power increases. I know it's not really marketed as such and that baby factors can influence power but when staying pretty consistent in all aspects of training and diet I feel this aspect cannot be ignored.

Here's a quick breakdown of some numbers pre and during quake: 1st number pre, second with quake

Legs:
Deep squats: 300x6/325x6
Con. Dl. 345x4/355x5
Sumo dl. 225x7/365x6

Shoulder :
Clean and press: 155x5/165x5
Seated bb. 145x6/160x4

Wide grip pulldown: 140x12/180x10
Bent over row: 275x4/275x6
Rack pull: 410x3/495x3

Chest:
Bench: 235x8/230x5
Incline: 135x10/195x5.
Kinda unfair comparison as I didn't really do high reps with this lately
