Other supps in the rotation - whey protein,multi,fish oil and been using pre Kaged as my pre last few sessions.

Yesterday’s was legs and abs
Pretty much just did set after set of squats and some leg extensions. All I can do at my work gym for legs. Then tons of abs

I feel the same way about Pre Kaged. After using some much stronger Pre’s, it just doesn’t have the pop anymore.

No gym today due too 2 arrests and one being a hospital run. Don’t know how that arm broke :) doctor. He just refused to put his hands behind his back so I helped him.

It’s funny when I’m doing chest press with dumbbells and so is the person next to me and they do 2 reps to my one. Sucks being tall at times
 
I know what you mean. My best Squat was 595lbs best bench 315lbs ...

Dang that's pretty good. I can bench 315 but my squat is not good.. Long chicken legs = bad squat haha
 
A good squat workout for me is 95lbs for 100 reps. No More Heavy Squats, I'm to old and brittle !!

This is how I am. Train them once a week to keep the size I have but don't need big bodybuilding legs just so they match my Upper Body.

Yesterday was back and bi day

Used the work gym and a sgt was there cleaning it while working out so did not go crazy like usual. Had a mediocre workout and will make up for it today. Still dosing major gains at 6 pills a day. Diet has been pretty much the same as always throughout and will start cutting cals next week.
 
Wrapping up the log

I want to thank strong supplement shop for giving us the opportunity to log major gains and the full tub of wild thing plus the samples. This was a extremely generous logging opportunity and it was fun using everything.

Major gains
I dosed it the same time and same way throughout my log. I took 3 pills in the morning and 3 in the afternoon since it’s the easiest dosing method with my schedule. I talked with The Solution prior to running log since we where both running it and have been bodybuilding long enough to know how our bodies respond to diets,supps and programs. I am 39 years old and lifting since I bought a bench when I was 15 - after that at 18 I went to the military and was a cavalry scout in the field then I became a police officer and was a academy instructor for many years (taught self defense tactics and firearms mostly). So throughout our logs we decided to not change anything except add in major gains.

As a forum rep I will speak my mind but never trash another companies product so my review will be based off that idea. Some of the things I noticed from my run was

- very easy on the stomach - certain ingredients will cause havoc on my stomach and make me squirt all over the walls in the bathroom stalls. Major gains had no ill effect on me in that way. Even taking double the recommended dose I feel like I still would not feel any discomfort.

- Helps Increase Lean Muscle Mass*
I’m at the point in my lifting career that putting on lean muscle mass is very limited, maybe someone with about a year in the gym may feel more on major gains. I would love to see someone with only 1-3 years worth of experience try this out since I always feel like pa gives me a full fulling all day long.

-Helps Increase mTOR Signaling*
No way i can test this so will not comment here


-Helps Accelerate Muscle Recovery*
I train 6-7 days a week and hit everything 2-3x a week so recovery is never a issue for me, but I am a fan of Hica taken peri and intra workout

-Helps Reduce Mental & Physical Fatigue*
As someone with hypothyroidism I wish there was something over the counter that could help with that. So I did not notice any difference

-Helps Increase Muscular Strength*
I did hit a few pr’s during this log but I ave always hit them every month or so depending on energy levels and if I have a spotter. Maybe major gains helped with that but it’s hard to pinpoint that out

-Helps Improve Protein Synthesis*
No way of testing that so next

-Helps Reduce Body Fat*
I was eating maintenance throughout the log so my weight stayed the same. I never do bf% tests because I don’t care about a number as long as I’m happy the way I look in the mirror. Body comp has stayed the same over the past 2 months as far as I can tell.

-Helps Prevent Catabolic Muscle Wasting*
-Helps Increase ATP Restoration Within Cells*
No way I can tell these

-Helps Improve Mood*
I am always smiling and always in a good mood. I love my career and I come home to 2 wonderful kids and the woman who I have been with for 22 years. So even bad days at work I still smile

-Helps Improve Mental Focus*
I did feel a slight increase in focus the past few months - I spend a lot of time studying foreign languages and spend hours staring at books at times so any focus increase I am greatful for. I also dose 400mg of caffeine pre study sessions.

-Helps Increase Nitrogen Retention*
Can’t test this so I’ll mobe on

-No On Cycle Or PCT Required*
Dammit was about to start nolva at 40/40/20/20

Wild things
Solid pre workout with good energy and pumps, the flavors that I had where not the best but I can deal with ok tat sting if the product delivers and that it did. I am very thankful for also sending me a full sized tub of wild things since the 2 bottles of major gains would of been good enough.

I hope you enjoyed my log and my review of the past 2 months. The reps of strong have been amazing and very supportive and I thank them for this chance.
