A good squat workout for me is 95lbs for 100 reps. No More Heavy Squats, I'm to old and brittle !!
I’m guilty of that lol but I never wanted big legs. I mean still want them in proportion to my body but don’t want them huge since I like to run and do BJJ and TKD
Some of my best squat days are 135x20 for 5 sets
