I got my bllod work done because my kidneys were bothering me.The kidneys are ok but my liver and cholesterol have been better.
HDL=15

LDL=148

AST=86

ALT=169 :eek:

GGT=54

I've been on 1-test,4ad and 120 mg m14ad for almost 4 weeks.I was gonna go a few more days,but wiyh my liver values that high I think I might need to start pct.At least my GGT is normal.What are yalls opinions on whether I should finish my cycle or end it now?

I would pyramid down over about 5-10 days (pretty fast) and use LOW dose PCT, 20mg Tam or 50mg Clom max, any more than that and your enzymes will stay up. If you can avoids the SERM's all together, even better. Mine went pretty high on several occasions too.

Your liver is definitely under stress. Your AST and ALT numbers are not bad enough to get worried, but I agree with DR.D--it is time to start ending this cycle.

I'm gonna start pct today.I think next cycle I'm gonna start pinning,and maybe put a low dose oral in pre-workout.

Yea,I was reading through your "This Is Your Liver"thread.Your AST,ALT got higher than mine at a certain point,but your GGT was a lot lower.My GGT is a lot higher than yours was,but it is still in yhe mid-normal range.

This might be a dumb question, but couldn't you just drop the m14ad and keep the 1t/4ad going?
Yes,but I only have a couple days of 1-test left and 4ad alone wont do much,so I figure just go ahead and end it and get pct done with.

One reason your AST and ALT could have registered so high is if you had worked out relatively soon before your blood draw. Or if you ate. And depending what you ate. Or if you drank booze... AST and ALT are easily influenced, and if you don't come into the blood draw without a few days off from all* of this, then your numbers will show up artificially high.

*(except food, and even that you shouldn't have within 12hrs)

He's exactly right, my enzymes registered high just from a tbsp of cough syrup on the day of the test one time. It could be something else to blame besides the hormones. A lot of meds activate the enzymes.

I had my blood drawn around 2:00.I had already had 3 meals and 2 protein shakes.I also worked chest,triceps and bi's about 2 hours before.I think it was time to stop the cycle anyways because I hadn't gained a pound in aweek.

Fair enough, but I thought I should let you know about those factors to calm your nerves, and also so that you can do it next time in a way so as to get the most accurate results.

Bro you need to be more worried about your lipid profile than your liver.
HDL 15 is not good at all......

Just like with an AAS cycle, I would think your HDL would return to normal. Definatly keep us posted.

I'm up in the northern part.

I don't know too much about the blood work that you guys are talking about. I guess they are beneficial when you are running methylated cycles? (I've never done one)

Also while on cycle, would eating a very carefully controlled low cholesterol/high fiber diet help keep these liver values in check?

ALT and AST aren't that bad. My ALT hit 280 and AST 120 after 3 weeks on M1T, HDL dropped to 29 and LDL shot up to 250 (normal for me is 180 total). For me the ALT & AST take about 6 weeks to come down 50%. I'm convinced that pinning some Cyp or Enathate is the way to go.

No.
