Blood test results - Very tired, lethargic, pee often

Do you guys have any idea what could explain that I have been so tired/lethargic for the last 2 months?

I also do not sleep well, pee 15 times a day now and feel cold faster.

I had a blood test done by the GP, but there was not much special in the results.

I have done 500mg of testosterone enanthate weekly for a long period, but 2 weeks ago I've gone back to 200mg weekly.
 
Thyroid could explain lethargic and feeling cold- TSH looks fine though. Maybe check your t3 levels? I say this because I have a thyroid issue and those are some of the symptoms, but those could be a variety of different attributes.
 
Do u consume caffinee and/or alcohol?
 
Maybe post the bloodwork up so we can see it otherwise everything is just a guess. Could be anything...
