Blood pressure

So started my epi cycle a week and a half ago and my blood pressure was 120/80 perfect. This morning it was 142/90 and this evening it was 171/100. Strting to get worried and thinking about aborting cycle. Blood pressure headaches every morning. Advice would be greatly appreciated. Don't want to end the cycle but the blood pressure is starting to get out of control.

If I did stop it should elicit a pct or just go with some daa and an ai or what? I hate to keep posting but I can't edit posts on my phone

Ya thats getting pretty high for a week and a half. Starting to get to dangerous level s. If your using the proper support supps, cycle assist, fish oil, multi vit, and plenty of water and your still running that high with the headaches.... I'd end that cycle and run a two week pct if your feeling shut down, if not you should be alright with a natty test booster and a AI. Best of luck brother hope it all works out for ya

Thanks bro. I don't feel shut down at all judgin by the size of my boys. If I did go into pct is there any need for an ai? I've only been on a week and a half for 30mgs and epi is very anti estrogenic by nature anyways. I have a tub of test force 2(daa) and one bottle of formestane. I could run the daa at recommended dosage but what should i run the form at and for how long?

I'd run it just like a natty cycle for a month starting at recommended doses. Keep taking the cycle Assist to help with bp. I also reacted badly to Epi. Might be ok with out an AI I just prefer to run one with daa it seems to work together well.

Mate this exact thing happened to me and I stopped after 1.5 weeks, then pulsed for 2 days at 30mg followed by a weeks break the. 2 more weeks at 30mg. Blood pressure way too high even on support subs. I just took 6 oxo extreme for pct, and am on animal stak now, a week since my last dose. No bad effects but my libido not as high as previous approx 80% I would say. I figure this means I'm not shut down so I doubt u would be

I would say also run to your nearest supplement store and get a hold of some Celery Seed Extract, and pop those bad boys like there's no tomorrow along with Potassium, Zinc and Garlic.

That will help too.

Lastly, go to your pharmacy and buy some of the Rogaine liquid version and spread a couple of doses of that on your chest and whatnot, that also helps lower BP.

Thanks for all the awesome advice. I just woke up and have a headache and I'm about to take my blood pressure so well see what it is and go from there.

142:98 this morning. Still high but within normal range. Think I'll keep with the cycle and just keep an eye on it. What scares me is the huge jumps during the day.

My cycle assist has 900mg of hawthorn berry all together. Should I take more of that? Also I'll prob invest in the celery seed extract.

I'm also hypersensitive to AAS and watch my BP closely. I'm on meds for it ;) Most aren't aware that it's your kidneys that control BP( so says my cardiologist). Make certain you are downing lots of liquids if you try another cycle. Drink at least a half gallon during any workout etc. Most guys focus on they're liver but forget about the kidneys.

definitely if your arms are over 14", don't count on the regular cuff readings. It does sound like its really high though. Walmart sells a wrist based cuff unit for around $30, worthwhile to have to be sure.

Yep, Celery Seed Extract has helped me more than Hawthorn Berry when talking about BP. I had a quick issue there when my BP skyrocketed to 150 - 160, started taking that ****tail I mentioned (Celery, Garlic, Potassium, Liquid Rogaine on the chest) and within 2 weeks it had gone back down to 110.

STRONGLY recommend the same.

haha yes do this!!!! rogaine is a non-adrenergic peripheral vasodilator, also known as minoxidil..... and it just might give that masculine, hairy chest you always wanted!!

Kidneys only play part of the role of BP regulation, many other factors are involved. increasing h20 intake may actually increase blood volume, which further increase BP, particularly if the PH is causing you to retain water. however, it is very importance to stay well hydrated during a cycle.

any stimulant use will also increase BP, obviously.

OP, whats your normal, resting BP on average?

Doesn't water thin the blood thus decreasing BP? Drinking less water forces your body to make more Red Blood cells thus thickening your blood and increasing BP. Thats what I believe at least. Again don't know if I'm right here.

Stopping the cycle would be the best most sane thing to do. Going out and purchasing more pills to stop the side effects of another pill is ridiculous. It is the same thing as a big fat guy with high cholesterol and diabetes going on drugs to "control" his diabetes and high cholesterol instead of eating right and exercising to reduce bodyfat and lower cholesterol and stop and/or prevent diabetes in the first place. Oh sure his diabetes will be under control as long as he takes his drugs, but he will still be eating 2 big macs and 4 large fries for dinner every night. Why not right, all he has to do is continue taking the drugs he was prescribed and he will be fine right?........

Cialis will also help your blood pressure.. Its not just a dicker picker upper any more LOL. Docs are prescribing it for high blood pressure.

haha if only it was that easy to produce more RBCs..cyclist wouldnt need to blood dope anymore lol. if water thinned the blood, we wouldnt need pharmaceutical blood thinners. no, increasing blood volume increases venous return, which increases the Frank Starling Mechanism, which increases, left ventricular contractility, which increases cardiac output, which increases BP. simply put, you have more volume in the same size container, so theres more pressure against the walls. this is why diuretics are used to treat hypertension. however, your body will regulate this and for the most part balance you correctly... hence peeing more frequently. i doubt this is the issue though, i was just making a point.

i do see where your coming form with "thinning the blood" though. it may dilute the blood and make it slightly less viscous, but has nothing to do with RBC production. and thinning the blood has nothing to do with actual systolic or diastolic pressures.

Day before the cycle started it was 118/80 I think. Maybe 78. I took it Tuesday first thing in the morning in class(I'm a nursing student) and it was 135/(can't remember) usin standard cuff and this morning upon wakin it was 142/mid90s. Started experiencing headaches after 2nd dose and checked it again and it was 164/102.

Ive decided I'm going to abort cycle so my question now is pct concerned. I'll be taking testforce 2(daa) at recommended dosage til the tub runs out (2 weeks). Is there anything else I should run?

I was only on for a little under 2 weeks at 30mg for the majority of the cycle so I don't really see myself being that shut down and epi is very anti-estrogenic by nature so I wasn't sure if I should run my bottle of formestane with it also. Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated!

Arent those inaccurate tho as well????

Agreed. I am on Agmatine @ 3 caps spread out daily to assist with this via OTC means as I am slightly hypertensive.

THIS!

Ahh I see!

They are... (inaccurate) I had BP issue as well using Havoc\Furuza-A, and I initially used the wrist monitor to keep on top of my BP. The wrist monitor works relative to where you place it in space (heart level,etc..), which was NEVER correct in my case... It's better to go with the cuff.

the wrist ones have seemed to work fine for me, with having same day compared it to bp taken at drs office. Definitely more accurate than too small of a cuff :)

yeah good call, play it safe and end it. i would run a serm at a lower dose for a week and you might as well run the testforce as well
