4/29/15: Day 13

-Overhead Press 125 for 4, and 4 sets of 3. 1 minute rests.
My shoulders are not up to par with the rest of my strength. :/
I have not done these in a few months because I have been focusing on DB’s.

-Dips +42.5 for 8, 6, 5, 4 reps. 1 minute rests.
This is a pretty great PR.

-DB Overhead Press 42.5′s for 10, 8, 6 reps. 1 minute rests.
Not bad considering I did OHP prior.

Overall an okay day. I just wanted to get some quick stuff done because I did not have time for my pull workout.
I should note my shoulder pain that started before this log is completely gone, and I have not had any joint problems other wise, so that has not been a problem for me on this stuff.
Perspiration is still up, I could feel it on this day.
 
4/30/15: Day 14

-Non-product related Notes: Pre-workout I tried to lay on my back for a while to help align everything. I also did my shoulder alignment routine. Every other warmup weight I did a stretch for my hip flexors, glute bridges for activation, and an ab activation exercise. I also added a little fat to my pre-workout coffee.

-Snatch Grip Rack Pulls 510 for 8, 5, 3 reps. 3 minute rests.
Woo! Finally a PR! These had started to stall out since I got 6 with 510 on the 8th.
My belt is already starting to feel loose since I tightened it after my workout on the 21st, so that is pretty awesome fat loss progress because it was tight on the 25th.

-Yates Rows 285 for 11, 8, 6 reps. 1 minute rests.
Had to set these on the rack between reps because one of my glutes/back was feeling a little tweaked after the pulls.
Other than that they felt good.

-Incline Shrugs 42.5′s for 35, 27, 23 reps. 1 minute rests.
First time trying these because I could not do normal heavy standing because of my back. They felt really good.

-1-Arm Fat Grip DB Curls 37.5 for 8, 6, 4 reps. Opposite arm’s set as rest.
These felt great today.

-Jump Pulls 135 for 3 sets of 3. 1 minute rests.

-Inversion Table 5 minutes.

Overall a good lifting day.
Pretty awesome that I got a PR finally and my belt is already feeling looser. I should clarify it is a lever belt.
Decided to put my measurements off one day because I was feeling a little bloated from my eating the previous day and am making the first of May my cheat day, which will be 1 day short of 2 weeks since my last.

Third Measurements: Navel pushed out 35.5 in.(-1.5 total) and navel drawn in/flexed a little over 34 in.(-~1.5 total) Bw:187.8(-5.2 total).
At first I did my measurement a little lower than I had, but still was down .5 more inches, but then I realized it and measured it in the right place. I am losing most of the fat from my love handle area I believe, it is something I can actually feel the difference of.
Wow, I was not excepting a whole inch in ONE week! That is really unbelievable and I am hoping my before and afters will really show the difference because if not I can understand that sounding like bs. The product is working amazingly and I am definitely going to be putting in an order asap when it is for sale.


Very long day and I did not get to train, but that is okay because I am trying to experiment with my squat day to see if it is what has been making my pull go all over the place, I am going to switch to jump squats being my only spinal loading exercise next squat day because that is what I was doing when I was making the most progress on my pull. I was on my feet for around 5 hours, so that counts for something I guess. Still I am bummed that I have been missing so many sessions lately because I really like to train a minimum of 5 days a week.
I made this my cheat day because I went to a banquet a friend invited me to and jeez I am still stuffed from the food. A friend is in town, so my next cheat day will probably be Wednesday or Thursday, but after that I do not plan on having another one until after my log ends.
brundel any idea when this stuff will be for sale? I have already gotten you a new customer! I train my Dad, so I have told him about the progress and he sees the changes and wants to know when he can get his hands on a bottle as well! haha

5/02/15: Day 16

-Paused Wide/New Grip Bench Press 245 for 5, 235 for 6, 225 for 8. 3 minute rests.
Everything felt heavy on these, but it finally clicked a bit better on the 225 and my arch felt better too.
My right shoulder felt a tiny bit off again.

-Dips +42.5 for 8, 7, 6 reps. 1 minute rests.
PR for the second set reps, and my bw should have been up from my cheat day, so I am happy with these.

-Inversion Table for 5 minutes.

Not the best workout, but that is to be expected after the long night out the night before, so not bad.
 
5/04/15: Day 18

Had to take off the 3rd because my back ended up feeling really tweaked, and so today I did not have any extra spinal loading and kept it very simple.

-Pullups + 50 for 8, 6, 5 reps. 1 minute rests.
On the 21st I got +35 for only 9, so this is a pretty awesome PR. I also got a pretty great pump, so that was nice.

Hopefully my back feels better soon, so I can start hitting it hard again.
 
5/04/15: Day 18

This should be a bit of a PR I think.

5/07/15: Day 21

Fourth Measurements: Navel pushed out 35 in.(-2 in. total) and navel drawn in/flexed a little over 34 in. (-1.5 in. total).
I did not get to weigh myself and I was a little bit bloated, but lost half an inch off of my pushed out belly and that is pretty awesome.


-Pullups +60 for 8, 6, 4 reps. 1 minute rests.
This is an awesome PR! Only 3 days and I added 10 pounds for the same number of reps.

5/08/15: Day 22

-Paused Bench Press only worked up to 255 for 2.
This felt pretty heavy during this workout, but I am not too worried about it.

Sorry about not getting many posts out this past week guys, I have been very busy with personal stuff and I had to go out of town again for one day this week.

The good news is my back is starting to feel better, so my next pull day will be Tuesday. I think I am going to try doing my rows before my pulls now so that I can use less weight, hopefully hit my lats harder, and the rows should help prepare my core to be more rigid for the pulls.

Sweating has definitely been hitting me lately.
Libido has also been a lot stronger, but there are a lot of factors that could contribute to it. I do not know if the other loggers are experiencing it as well.
I need to get an oral syringe because I have started to have to eye ball it a bit since what is left is too low for the pump.
 
5/10/15: Day 24

-Pullups +70 for 6, 3, 3 reps. 1 minute rests.
I am happy with this. It should be a tie with, or possibly a little better than since I was full and rushed this workout, my 60 for 8.

Later on I got in some more work.

Pretty happy with this. First time really doing these in years, but not sure I will do them again because they never feel good on my wrists and elbows, I always forget that.

Overall happy with where my upper pull strength is moving, so I am hoping it will translate once I get back to rack pulls then onto deadlifts.

I want to wait because epi works great on a cut, but its ability to put on muscle is crazy. So I am very interested to see how it could be made better!

Yea im recomping with it. Already up two pounds this week, too soon to tell, but feeling great so far
 
5/11/15: Day 25

-Dips +60 for 6, 5, 3 reps. 3 minute rests.
PR! I am happy with this.

-Close Grip Dips 15 and 12 reps. 1 minute rest.
First time trying these close grip. I am still kind of a dips newbie. haha

Overall very happy. Did not do regular bench because I really wanted to make sure there was no loading of my spine as my back healed up.
 
5/13/15: Day 27

-Yates Rows 275 for 12, 9, 7 reps. 1 minute rests.
These went alright. Made these a little more strict and did not go to failure, but strength felt really great. Back started feeling a little achy.

-Beltless Snatch Grip Rack Pulls worked up to 365 for 1.
Ow, started hurting again, so I stopped there. Oh well, I will just focus on pullups and other stuff I can do on these days until I am 100%.

-Pullups +25 for 14, 8, 6 reps. 1 minute rests.
A few weeks ago when I tested with just body weight I got only 14, so this is pretty huge. I could probably get ~20 bw now, so I am very happy with that.

-Fat Grip Curls 32.5's for 12, 8, 5 reps. Other arm's set as rest.
This is basically a PR, so I am happy with that.

My upper pulling muscles are getting stronger, so I am happy with that. I might get a back adjustment soon because I think I have a free one for my birthday this month with my old chiropractor.
 
5/14/15: Day 27

Fifth Measurements: Navel pushed out 35 in.(-2 in. total) and navel drawn in/flexed 34 in. (-1.5 in. total), weight was 184.6(-8.4 total).
So I lost a little bit more off of my drawn in, I really have not done much physical activity over the past ~2 weeks because of my back and diet has not been as exact as I like it, so I am happy with this. I can tell I am getting leaner and even though losing weight exclusively was not my goal I still lost a lot in under a month.

brundel let me order a second bottle when buying one for my Dad, so I am going to put this log on hold and then add it to this log because I have been scraping out what I could the past few days. He added more fat burning ability to this next batch, so I am excited to see how that works.
Also going to start adding in some morning "cardio" and will continue it through the log when I come back.

-Bent Knee Front Levers for 11, 7, 5 reps. 1 minute rests.
This is a PR I think!

-BFR Band Leg Extensions 40-25-15. Rest pause.
These felt pretty awesome

-BFR Lighter Band Leg Extensions 1 set of 80.

-BFR Bike for 5 minutes.
Going to add these as part of my morning "cardio".

Overall this felt like a pretty great workout.
 
I will be starting the second bottle on Wednesday. Sunday was my birthday so there was a lot of eating and I let Monday be a cheat day too for the holiday, so I did not want my new measurements to be too skewed because of that.
I am very excited! I am thinking I am going to throw in a test booster to see how that works with the product.

Day 1 of new bottle 5/28/15

New Measurements: Navel pushed out 35 in. and navel drawn in/flexed a little over 33.5 in., weight was 188.

So I gained some water weight back since I stopped, BUT! I kept the inches off, so that speaks very well for this products ability to help lose fat, not just water.
Between that time I celebrated 2 birthdays, one being my own, so I am very happy with those measurements staying the same.
My goal will be to bring my drawn in measurement down to a 30 in. measurement, with this stuff I know it is doable.

-Paused Bench Press 225 for 9.5, 7, 6 reps. 3 minute rests.
I was very happy with this because I had taken around 3 weeks off of serious benching while trying to let my back heal.

-Dips + 50 for 7, 4, 4 reps. 1 minute rests.
This is right around my PR during the period when this was my first exercise, so this is kind of a PR.

-Lateral Raises 22.5's for 14, 10, 8 reps. 1 minute rests.
These went very well, my shoulders need to get stronger, so I am going to try to put more focus on them.

-Lots of band pushdowns

Overall a good workout, excited to get refocused.
 
Day 2: 5/29/15

-Pullups +87.5 for 3, 3, 2 reps. 3 minute rests.
Eh, I tried a new way of loading the pullups and it did not feel very great. Lats were also randomly very sore from the pressing day.

-Neutral Grip Pullups +52.5 for 7, 4, 3 reps. 1 minute rests.
Not too bad, still used the new way of loading, but might have been a PR.

-Wide Upright Rows 115 for 10, 8, 6 reps. 1 minute rests.
First time doing these in forever, I had only used DB's when I did them before, but liked them like this. I actually got a nice shoulder pump.

-1-Arm Fat Grip Curls 42.5 for 7, 4, 2 reps. Opposite arm's set as rest.
These were hard, but should be around a PR.

Today felt pretty good, I decided to put off rack pulls for 1 more workout, but after that I should be back within a few weeks I hope.
 
Day 5: 6/01/15

-Knee Raise to Tucked Knee Front Lever for 6, 5, 4, 3 reps. 1 minute rests.
These force the movement to be a lot more strict and made it a lot harder. I liked them a lot.

-BFR Band Leg Extensions 55, 25, 15 reps. Rest pause.
-Into 1 minute quad fascia stretch.
-Into Lighter Band Leg Extensions 50
-Into 1 minute quad fascia stretch.
This felt pretty awesome.

I wanted to get a bit more quad work done, but that is alright because it killed them.

Overall I am really liking the new bottle. Schedule wise I have not been able to always get 3 applications this past week, but I am able to see a pretty big difference. I will be remeasuring Saturday since that is my next cheat day.

Also, I am definitely noticing the increased amount of sweating more on the new bottle.
 
Day 6: 6/02/15

-Pullups +77.5 for 5, 4, 3 reps. 3 minute rests.
Tried out the same way of loading as last time and it really just does not feel as strong, so I am going to keep playing with ways to see if I can figure one out I like more.

-Snatch Grip Rack Pulls 225 for 5.
Easy, but working my way back up pretty slowly.

-Neutral Grip Pullups +45 for 10, 6, 4 reps. 1 minute rests.
Went back to using plates to load on this one and it went very well.

-Upright Rows with a band around my wrists 105 for 11, 9, 7 reps. 1 minute rests.
I really liked adding the band

I threw in an extra pull workout on this day before my press because my new bench was coming the next day. My lats should have been a little fatigued from the previous day's front lever work, so that does make me happy with the whole day's reps.
 
Day 7: 6/03/15

-Paused Bench Press 225 for 9, 8, 5 reps. 3 minute rests.
I am liking the new bench, but I am going to have to get used to it. I also have to practice arching harder or the bar taps the safety pins.

-Lateral Raises 22.5's for 16, 13, 11 reps. 1 minute rests.
I am really liking these as an addition a lot. Next time I am going to start adding on some more weight.

-JM Press 115 for 9, 6, 5 reps. 1 minute rests.
Felt pretty good.

-Crossbody Triceps Extensions 22.5 for 13, 8, 6 reps. Opposite arms +1 minute rests.
These felt great.

-Band Push downs ~250 reps altogether.

Pretty happy with this day, and having the pull day prior makes these reps a little bit better.

I also got a ton of walking this night.
 
Day 8: 6/04/15

-Pullups +60 for 10, 7, 5 reps. 3 minute rests.
These felt pretty good.

-Snatch Grip Rack Pulls 275 for 5 reps.
Not bad, again just slowly working up.

Day 9: 6/05/15

-BFR Calf Raises.
I do not remember the reps, but these were a killer.

-Knee Raise to Tucked Knee Front Lever for 9, 7, 5 reps. 1 minute rests.
PR these felt great.

Day 10: 6/06/15

-Leg Raise into Front Lever with Legs Perpendicular to the ground for 7, 5, 3 reps.
These felt great, my abs are getting a lot stronger very fast since I am training them first like this and I am loving it.

--BFR Band Leg Extensions 60, 30, 20 reps. Rest pause.
-Into 1 minute quad fascia stretch.
-Into Lighter Band Leg Extensions 50 reps.
-Into 1 minute quad fascia stretch.
Still liking this.

-BFR Bike 2 rounds of 5 minutes then straight into a 1 minute quad fascia stretch.
I want to start implementing this more often for quad growth and the overall hormone response BFR is supposed to provide

Not the worst, but this is definitely starting to get harder as I get leaner. A plus is I am having to really focus on the chest up cue and a solid arch with my new bench and since I am getting leaner or else the bar will tap on the safety pins.

-Dips +50 for 8, 5, 4 reps. 1 minute rests.
PR!

-Incline DB Fly-Press 32.5's for 11, 8, 8 reps. 1 minute rests.
These were alright. I need to refine my technique, but they felt great.

-DB Lateral Raises 32.5's for 9, 6, 5 reps. 1 minute rests.
I did not like the technique I used, but damn do my delts feel it today in a good way.

-Close Grip Dips for 14, 9, 7 reps. 1 minute rests.
Did these as a finished for my chest and a way to get in a bit more triceps volume.

Today ended up being mission kill my chest and I am feeling that today too!

I had been feeling the extra sweating, but it killed me on this day! Overall still feeling great on this stuff.

Everyone keeps mentioning the heat. I have an idea whats doing this. Youll see when we reveal the formula.
 
Day 12: 6/08/15

New Measurements: Navel pushed out 34.5 in(-.5). and navel drawn in/flexed 33.5 in.(had been a little over), weight was 183(-5).
I am starting to realize that my abs are growing from the ab work I have been doing, so we will see how the measurements show that, but the before and after should be able to show a pretty big difference.

-Pullups +70 for 9, 5, 3 reps. 1 minute rests.
PR.

-Snatch Grip Rackpulls worked up to 315 for 5.
Pretty easy.

-Neutral Grip Pullups +35 for 12, 8, 4 reps 1 minute rests.
Happy with these

-Upright Row with a Band around my wrists 115 for 11, 9, 7 reps. 1 minute rests.

Day 13: 6/09/15

-Leg Raise into Front Lever with Legs Perpendicular to the ground for 9, 6, 5 reps. 1 minute rests.

-Suitcase Holds 95 for 3 sets of 30 seconds each side.
Adding these in as a way to work my grip and my obliques.

Day 14: 6/11/15

-Paused Bench Press 235 for 3 sets of 5. 3 minute rests.
I was not feeling good this day, so these were not to failure.
 
Day 15: 6/12/15

-Pullups +60 for 11, 7, 5 reps. 3 minute rests.
This should be equal to my 70 for 9.

-Snatch Grip Racks Pulls 315 for 5.
Instead of upping the weight I lowered the pins and it actually made these pretty hard now. I think I am going to give this pin height a try, so next workout I will add a belt.

-Neutral Grip Pullups +25 for 15, 9, 7 reps. 1 minute rests.

I might stop using the band because it is harder to control the movement and I do not want to get imbalances because of that.

Day 16: 6/13/15

-Leg Raise into Front Lever with Legs Perpendicular to the ground then let my legs down to parallel with the ground for 8, 5, 3, 2 reps. 1 minute rests.
I am getting closer to being able to do a full front lever, so I am pretty excited.

-Suitcase Holds 105 for 4 sets of 30 seconds each side. Opposite arm and 1 minute as rests.
I might change these to reps from a rack, but then I will probably have to use straps which would be okay because the main goal is to build my obliques.

-BFR Bulgarian Split Squats 3 sets of 20. Opposite leg as rests.
Right after the last set I went straight into a quad fascia stretch for 1 minute.
My legs were super pumped.

-Band Leg Extensions 30-20-10 reps. Rest Pause.
Used 2 bands and no BFR.

I am still loving this stuff, I might take a full 2 weeks until my next cheat day to see what I can do in that time if I stay focused.

Day 17: 6/14/15

-Paused Bench Press Drop-Set 245 for 6-225 for 4-205 for 6-185 for 6-135 for 12.
I have never really used drop sets, I did like once or twice ~a month ago on dips, but I really liked them a lot today.
Everything felt so much better than my last bench session! I also noticed the left side of the bar had been coming down a bit lower, so fixing that fixed my bar hitting the rack problem.
Strength wise I am very happy with 245 for 6, but wow was the 6th rep a grinder.
I was soaked after this. lol

-Lateral Raises 32.5's for 10-6-4 reps. Rest pause.
These also felt a lot better than the last time I did them.

A very simple day, I wanted to hit more exercises, but I did not have time.
Next workout depending on how I am feeling I think I am going to do another drop set from 255.
Edit: Forgot to mention, my quads were soooooo sore today, and my glutes were a little too.
 
Day 18 6/15/15

-Pullups +82.5 for 7, 4, 3 reps. 3 minute rests.
These were alright, it had been a long day.

-Rack Pulls 365 for 3.
Added the belt. Still not bad, but I decided to lower the reps just to keep things safe for coming back.

-Neutral Grip Pullups 50 for 10, 6, 4 reps. 1 minute rests.
Very happy with these.

-Upright Rows 125 for 8-5-3 reps. rest pause.
Felt more control since I did not use the band.

Day 19 6/16/15

Morning work:
-BFR arms
Got strap things so I could actually do these by myself. Going to be doing triceps the day after after bench day, biceps after pull day, and once I get it fixed BFR bike after legs day. I usually fast, but I am going to move my egg whites to drink then instead.

Main work:
-Leg Raise into Front Lever with Legs Perpendicular to the ground then let my legs down to parallel with the ground with ~1? pound ankle weights for 5, 3, 2 reps. 1 minute rests.
The little bit of weight added made this a lot harder.

-Beltless Suitcase High Rack Pulls 205 for 10, 7, 5 reps. Opposite side + 1 minute rests.
These felt alright, but I had to use straps, which is okay because these are mainly for obliques.

-Double Bands and Ankle Weight Leg Extensions for 30-20-10 reps. Rest pause.
These were pretty tough and felt awesome.

My legs were still sore, so I did not do much for them.
 
So how much have you lost overall..?

From the start of my cut I am down a little over 50 pounds now, it started late January.
On this product on my last weigh in it was at 10 total pounds down and the total inches lost around my navel was at -2.5 inches pushed out and -2 inches with it drawn in slightly.
The last day I measured was on the 8th, and I will measure again on my next cheat day on the 21st, so 1 day short of 2 weeks. I am excited to see where those numbers are at now!
