Black Lion Research Formeron Sponsored log

A big thank you to Brundel for this opportunity. Let me clarify things early on with this....I am just finishing my final run at 36 on the dark side, it will be my last run ever, as while the gains were good (up from 205 to 212, and strength was through the roof)....I really suffered with sides on this one. I was surprised as it was a mild go round. That is why when this opportunity came around it was too good to be true. Brundel was kind enough to send me one bottle of formeron and one container of the special new test booster they are working on. I will not reveal any info yet....but I am psyched for this combo.

Dosing will be as advised, formeron 2 pumps per day, 1 am 1 pm, and the new tb first thing in the morning. It is currently just in powder form, so I will just dump the appropriate amount in my mouth and chase it with juice.

For those that have followed my logs in the past, know I am an early riser and lifter. The best part about that now is that with my summer schedule for work winding down, I am off a good portion of this log so I can truly dedicate myself to my training and diet. :woohoo:

Everything will kick into high gear tomorrow as I hit chest/tris

Just as a quick aside, here are the other staples I will be taking with this combo
Orange Triad
Cissus XT
Gut Health
Organ Shield
Protein

Time to really see how powerful this stuff is

good to have you along for the ride rob. make sure to put your link in here as well.

My wife has me on the pay no mind list so I can't look at that stuff LOL

Day one is in the books

Dosed the test booster first thing chased with juice. Nothing much to notice there right away, taste was negligible, no outward feelings of any kind. Hit a warmup of 35 minutes on the treadmill at 12% incline, there in was off to lift

Incline BP (7 sets)

135 2 sets 8 reps per
185 2 sets 8 reps per
225 1 set 5 reps
275 1 set 3 reps
300 1 set 2 reps

Incline db flys/press superset (4 sets)
70lbs 10 reps flys 8 reps press per set

Flat db flys/press superset (3 sets)

75lbs 12 reps flys 10 reps press per

JM Press (5 sets)
135lbs 2 sets 8 reps
185lbs 1 set 8 reps
225lbs 2 sets 5 reps per

CG BP (5 sets)
225lbs 2 sets 6 reps per
275 2 sets 4 reps per
295 1 set 3 reps :woohoo:

I had planned on doing a little more tricep work but I definitely hit the wall. Arms were very shaky at the end. Felt good overall and am pleased with the results of the workout. Dosed one pump of formeron after drying from the shower. Smell is pleasant and it dries within 30-45 seconds (was surprised how fast). Sprayed on my left forearm and rubbed into my chest that way as suggested. Will do another spray tonight after a night shower. Might try to do alittle more cardio this afternoon after work if time permits.

Very cool bro IM glad this is getting going.
What I want you to pay attention to aside from the normal is how you feel considering your on PCT.
Normally you really crash during PCT.
Youll probably feel better on PCT than on cycle....or at least this is the feedback I have been getting thus far regarding XXXX.

But also remember this is primarily a FOrmeron log ;)
Good luck and enjoy it. Im subbed in for the ride.

We appreciate you running this Log.

It is my pleasure, I am thrilled to have the opportunity. I will make sure to focus predominantly on formeron :)

You're going to love Formeron, AE. Props to the beginning of what will be a great log!

morning cardio in the books. Will be working shoulders later this afternoon. Morning application done. Nothing to note yet....so we shall see :)

Day 2 Shoulders

BTN Press (5 sets)
115lbs 2 sets 8 reps per
135lbs 2 sets 5 reps per
155lbs 1 set 3 reps

Seated press (5 sets)
185lbs 2 sets 4 reps per
195lbs 2 sets 3 reps per
210lbs 1 set 2 reps

BTB BB Shrugs (6 sets)
225lbs 2 sets 12 reps per
315lbs 2 sets 10 reps per
365lbs 2 sets 8 reps per

Arny presses (4 sets)
75lbs sets of 8

Just a quick note......I am noticing a powerful level of vascularity which is also coupled with my weight being at 216lbs (which is high for me). My left forearm, right biceps and left shoulder have much more pronounced vascularity.

Some people notice improvements in days.
If you normally carry water watch it drain from your face. I usually get comments when I use the Formeron.
"are you leaning out"
Are you on a cut"
"have you lost weight".....I hate this one lol.

Lol. That's what I'm hoping for.

Yep first go around for me. Psyched to see what this can do. I have used so many different AI's that I think I can provide solid comparison.

Can't wait to see your log and feedback on this. Product is very interesting,

Day 3 Legs/Back

Back Squats (5 sets)
185 2 sets of 5
225 3 sets of 8

Box Squats (7 sets)
225lbs 4 sets of 5
255lbs 2 sets of 4
295lbs 1 sets of 2

Deads (9 sets) <I will make this brief>
Sets at 135,225,315,405,455,475,495lbs

BB Rows (5 sets)
135lbs 2 sets 8 reps
185lbs 2 sets 7 reps
205lbs 1 set 6 reps

BTN Pullups (4 sets)

sets of 7-8 reps
Solid workout. The 495 for 1 was easier than anticipated, but I did not want to push to hard. A few weeks back I hit 510 for a single, and my back was in terrible shape for a few days. Considering sunday is my "heavy" chest day, I want to make sure that I am 100% good to go.

Additionally, I use my leg sets as a warmup for deads. I find that doing wide stance box squats gets my hips going more than any typical stretching.

I will do a weigh in on Monday. I am taking my wife out for her birthday tonight, so not sure that tomorrow AM will be the most exact representation. Vascularity is still prominent and I overall feel very good and rested. I am surprised about the last part as we are dog sitting my sisters 1 year old pup, and he slept in the bed with me, the wife and our dog. :)

Lol my dog used to climb in between the girl and I, lay on his side and extend his legs to make sure we were are far apart as possible with him in the middle.

our beagle does that often. we have a king size bed and we are always at the edge.

I have to update my log once I get to the house . The dry joints have begun!! Sure sign it's kicking in hard .

While joint pain sucks its the tell tale sign its working.
Considering its only been a couple days this is good.

Day 4

Warmed up with some ab work and a little treadmill.

Flat BP (9 sets)
135lbs 2 warmup sets 8 reps
225lbs 2 sets 5 reps
275lbs 1 set 3 reps
315lbs 1 set 2 reps
335lbs 1 set 1 rep
350lbs 1 set 1 rep

Incline BP (5 sets)
185lbs 2 sets 10/12 reps

275lbs 1 set 5 reps

Close grip BP (7 sets)

225lbs 3 sets 5/8 reps
255lbs 2 sets 5 reps
275lbs 2 sets 2 reps

2arm db ext. (4 sets)
75lbs sets of 12

Thoughts:
Strength was good. For some reason was sweating like a monster today, which is a very good thing. I did weigh in this am at 215lbs even, which I was quite pleased with considering I ate more carbs than usual last night. Vascularity is still quite pronounced, and my face actually looks leaner (if that makes sense).

In terms of joints, I have had a variety of issues over the years, as well as 5 different joint related surgeries. Not overly painful as of yet, but bear in mind that I am also taking OT/Cissus. My elbows are slightly more creaky but nothing that is overly dramatic.
Tomorrow is an off day from lifting, but I will be hitting my fasted cardio in the am.

Its the water draining effect that other people notice first.
This happens for a large portion of users.
You usually see it in your face first.
Good signs.

That's warier lifting with elbow issues. I am suffering in that regard as well as wrist issues and contemplating shutting down for a week.

Way to work it out AE !!

DAMN!
I didnt see you were doing so many low rep sets.
Pretty dangerous with severe joint issues.

Excellent. Than it is definitely kicking in

On the joint issue, I have been lifting in a more powerlifting format for a few decades. The light joint discomfort I feel now is nothing I am concerned with. :)

Ok then.
Cant wait to see how this progresses during your PCT.

Thanks man. Since it is starting to really kick in I am anxious to see how the next few weeks go

My buddy was doing 2 pumps Formeron and ehem...the other stuff your taking..
He gained size and maintained strength during PCT.

I am getting the distinct impression that I am going to see some real nice lean gains out of this. If I lean out and stay around 215, I am going to be thrilled.

I think the combo will be nice.
Considering the nightmare that PCT usually is I think youll be impressed ;)

thanks man. how bad are the wrist issues?

AE14 said:

Not as bad as elbow. Elbow burns when I hit heavy weight. I know. This is not good.

For wrist, I have to be conscious to keep it stiff. I use wrist wraps and have been lucky so far not to tweak it. However, next morning, it hurts when I use that hand to support myself to get up. It's turning out to be a chronic thing. FYI - I bent it backwards when I was using into second base playing softball.

Anyway, whining aside, I think Formeron might be a great product to finish off my cut and get rid of excess water while hardening up the muscle. I lost 20+ lbs so far in 31 days and I am seeing faint signs of abs showing through. I have 8 more weeks of cut to go. I am very interested in how you do.

You can check out my log - link in signature - if you like ! :)

I have had one wrist operation already, and have always needed heavy wraps. I just got a new pair that I think you might like....they are far and away better than any APT wrap I have ever used. I got the 24" anaconda by Rhino Power Gear. Absolutely awesome...highly recommended

Got in my fasted am cardio 45 minutes at 12% incline 4mph

If I have time later today, might actually do a little more :)
