What do you, or anyone who likes CBD, use it for?

I have heard all kinds of claims but not sure what is really what.

Personally I use it for pain. When you train 5 to sometimes 6 days a week you are in pain more often than not.
Many of us just sort of deal with it.
And for many its a limiting factor because people dont want to be debilitated all week.
NSAIDS like ibuprofen and tylenol etc are exceptionally unhealthy long term. On top of the standard issues associated with NSAIDS ibuprofen also can cause heart issues and ulcers while Tylenol can cause liver damage and failure in some cases leading to death.

CBD can be good for reducing inflammation which is not only problematic because of pain and swelling but also reduces lifespan and can lead to all kinds of diseases.

CBD can be anxiolytic (reduces anxiety) as well.
Some like it before sleep. Some feel energized by it.
For me it makes life better because Im not always sore as ****.
There are other potential properties. Ill write something up for it.

Less than .3 percent. So there would be no effect from delta 9 THC, and it wouldn't show on a test

From my research you can’t avoid thc when using a full spectrum .. yeah a super low amount = just as good as not having any

Not a fan of thc .. so this would be ideal during day times and not getting that high feeling.

There is less than .3%
Most weed these days is in the 20+% range. .3 is like it's not there. It also should not be enough to ping on a drug test although I've never given that a test myself.
Ultimately, in order to really reap the full benefits of CBD you need the full spectrum extract. Not just because it makes the CBD so much more effective but the other ingredients also have pharmacological effects.
