Black Friday Cell Phone Deals?

Have been looking to upgrade my cell phone for a while now (have the IPhone 4S) just wondering if anyone has seen any good Black Friday deals that I can jump on. Any phone companies offering any specific sign up deals? (Currently have Verizon and am getting sick of their high prices).

Best Buy is doing a $1 for the phone (with a new 2 year plan) and you can get most carriers (Sprint, Verizon, etc)

I like Best Buy because I feel they give a good deal.

I know Verizon is doing a new phone with $8 a month (their phone loaning fee)

I have AT&T. I like the programs they offer plus with my job I get an extra 27% off my bill. They also have good reception.
