Would either of these two interact to cause birth control not to work? The birth control being used would just be the pill.

I don't think they would becuase LH is lowered on the pill and as when using any steroid.

Doses of var would be 20/25 and winstrol would be 20, not ran together if that helps

BC uses hormones, usually I think progesterone or estrogen, to do it's magic. Unfortunately steroids also manipulate hormones, so you can't trust that the BC will be effective with steroids. Use condoms.

EDIT: also technically the pill is a steroid because it uses hormones.
