Bioforge Promax forskolin content?

NP lists it as 200mg at 20% and the Biotivia website has it as 200mg at 10%. I am guessing the Biotivia website has it right. Just wondering if anyone could confirm. Also, does anyone know the forskolin content of the original Bioforge V1? It gave me good results, but GI upset.
