I had blood work done an that's what happend but my doc said I could be very sensitive to estro wich if u look up what milk does in the body to your estro it'll show you that it does indeed make more estro in the body
Not an ounce of FACT that MILK caused you to get gyno. I'm not saying you didn't get gyno nor that you didn't drink milk. What I am saying is that it is your (and maybe also your doctor) speculation that milk caused you to get gyno regardless.

Yea that's pretty much what happend lol I did drink almost a gallon a day for at least two years so that could also be why ....I tryed to diet with fluids only but it was only hindering me

Seriously tho Google it there's thousands of scientific research to back me up brotha

Where? A prelim search literally turned up zero evidence.

Edit: I searched Milk and Gyno FTR. I also looked up Milk and Estrogen and found this but couldn't read it as my Uni doesn't have access.

You have to be careful about drawing conclusions based on "I stopped drinking milk and the lumps went away". For example, if I drank 100ml of liquid ethanol without realising and then ate 1000lbs of vegetables and then subsequently went blind, only for my sight to return after not eating vegetables for a few months, do I blame the vegetables?

I wasn't on anything or taking any meds just drinking milk and water protein shakes with carbs 6 times a day so actually all I was doing was drinking milk every day so yes I believe that's how I got the problem and when I stopped it went away so that's why I think it happened makes sense to me I was also 17 when it happened

I was just sharing a part of my life to maybe help out bud that's all. I still drink milk just not that amount

Of course! My point was that you have to be careful using definitive statements when talking nutrition because there are many people lurking that may read a post and think "yeah that must be what caused my issues".

the internet is so full of "this food causes cancer, that food causes diabetes" etc that the wealth of unsubstantiated claims takes over valid points. This only increases a fear of foods and serves no benefit unless it actually has basis.

Saying something is fact then saying that you believe it caused issues or drew a conclusion based on circumstance is conflicting and confusing

Nope I had bloods done like 6 months before the gyno ..cause of football and boxing and that's when I started my all fluid diet so that rules out any other type of gyno causes my blood before hand was perfect for hormone levels 6 months after my all fluid mostly milk diet boom estro and prolactin threw the roof for me estro Def caused the gyno bro o wouldn't just say it if I didn't believe truth in it I'm not an asscrack

Also there's lots of studies where it does cause a insane boost in estro you must have not looked deep enough

Milk is a source of estrogen in the diet and can constitute as much as 80 percent of your dietary intake of estrogen, reports Estrogen Dominance Guide. Cows give milk while they are pregnant and nursing, so their estrogen levels are higher. Dairy livestock are also regularly given doses of hormones to increase their growth and milk production. That’s why conventionally raised meats and dairy can contribute to gynecomastia.
