OK I plugged in my numbers into this, and the calculator said:
Bioavail T = 180ng/dL
Free = 6.06 ng/dL
???
my labs for B.A = 93.9ng/dl (range 110-575)
My labs for Free = 37.7pg/nL (range 46-224)

I have my own BioAvailable T calculator, its called the "Wood-Ometer", much more exact science on how I feel. I test it every morning and night, and its a free test as well. :drunk:

We could use more real life examples,
but for now, I would say the more SHBG one have the bigger the error.

All above assumes that your nombers are from Quest.
I suggest that few more people with Quest BAT blood analysis post their results.
I would calculate the spread and possibly we could figure out some reasonable correction factor.
