I hjave been taking bio mend for 4 weeks along with the one and have liked th results. I am about out of the bio mend and dont really want to spend the money on shipping. Is there a product I can pick up from a vitman shop or something that is similar?

You should be able to pick Bio-Mend up at any chain supplement/nutrition store (i.e. GNC) if you are in the US.
