Bio Gro/Colostrum and Cancer

I'm on the fence on trying Bio Gro being Colostrum has been shown to boost overall health as well as speculated higher protein absorption/utilization. But I also saw a comment where the IGF-1 thats naturally occurring in Colostrum can lead to the increased growth of cancer cells. Any truth to that claim?

Anything anabolic can promote cancer cell growth. This includes, you know, eating. In other words, no relevance to you

IGF1 probably make up less than 1% of factors of developing cancer. IGF1 is naturally produced in our body so you don't have to be scared of that.
