Notes
I didnt list the poundages I used today, because today was my first day of TUT training. Weight doesnt matter anymore

Honestly, I was on AM last night just browsing around, and I came upon this link:

A newer member posted it up, and I can't remember who it was or where I got it - (I think it was a Mega-TRN thread), but it motivated to completely change the way I train. Having done basically the same thing for the past 5 years, I was ready for a switch anyway.
First with the chins - oerfect form, chest out solid 3-2-3 reps for each set. I have to say, when I dropped down after my third set, my lats felt huge!! Went on to DB Rows, just closed my eyes and got lost in the death metal (As I Lay Dying and InFlames tonight!) trying to visualize the target muscle group and really focus on the contraction...each and every set.
I gotta say, TUT is awesome. I havent felt a pump like that since I was on 1T/4AD 2 years ago. I'm going to stick with it, hopefully, the constant, steady tension will actually help with the connective tissue problems I have in my shoulders. Seems like it would, as opposed to the rigorous snapping of the faster rep with heavier weight.
Only thing missing from todays workout was Deadlifts, but I didnt have time. Only got in 12min of cardio, but I around 7 minutes I got this wicked cramp in my diaphragm and had to slow down for a bit.
I reallly can't assess if the 'Bootleg Hyperdrol' is working yet, but I do feel great in the gym. The new methods of training have really got me motivated.
