Props to you for making it on that low of cals. I am getting hungry just thinking about it!

You'd think that at my weight, ~213, Id need around 2600 cals for a cut. Ive been at 2500 for the past two months and while the fat came off quick at first, I started to plateu and even gain muscle. I think my sedentary job might have something to do with it.

Keep it up man, you know that I know, that you know that I know how frustrating cutting can be. Especially in our "instantaneous" or I am not satisfied culture.

OMG I know!:D Its a royal pain in the ass!:) Getting big/strong is WAY easier than getting lean. Big, strong, and lean - now that's the key right there!
 
What in God's name are you taking?
I can't figure it out. It's not the real Hyperdrol - right??
 
Lol - no, its BOOTLEG hyperdrol!:D

Its just the Nettle and Cissus extract from the discontinued 2AD product. The 'real' hyperdrol will have Cissus and Nettle extracts as well, but they're supposedly different.

Ok - this is very cool but also wierd. It looks like Ive lost more fat in the past 3 days than I have in the past 3 weeks. FatTrack2 calipers are giving me consistent readings of ~9.7%, but I think its probably closer to low 10's - my lower abs arent quite visible yet.

Here's what Ive changed over the past 6 days:

-Started Carb Cycling
-Dropped cals by 200 - 300
-Started PGHT

Yep, I had a trial bottle of PGHT in my cabinet and I figured Id start rubbing it on myself in an effort to get to sleep at night. (it seems to work well in that regard). No doubt, the sudden fat loss is due to the dietary changes, giving the Camphobolic, sesamin, C2 and ephedra a chance to do their job. Can't help but notice that the addition of PGHT parallels the sudden drop in BF% though...

...I smell a new log coming on:)

I can't stress how startled I am at how fast I saw a drop in BF%. It may have been a sudden drop in water when I lowered sodium intake, the drop in cals, who knows - but I dont think Ive ever looked this lean. My forearms are looking all sinewey when I do my exercises, I can now see the striations in my chest when I flex. Lower ab fat/lovehandlles are clearly a few weeks away from gone...the changes have spurred a renewed sense of motivation

Its true!! I was getting pretty down on myself too, Id really like to know what spurred the sudden change in bodyfat...probably a combination of everything.

ha! I will too...I think switching to 2x per day workouts is really going to make a difference too...Im not concerned with overtraining, as Im pretty much just ensuring I hit muscles that I often neglect when I run out of time at night. But the increased resistance training should serve to help bring out definition and keep muscle mass on the reduced cals.

I still can't figure out how you make it on those cals though. Your an animal!

I have to admit on the 2000 calorie days Im freakin' starving. I really think the traditional BW*15 - 500 was just a little too much for me, as Im literally sitting on my ass 10 hours a day. Fat was coming off slowly, and I was actually getting stronger...soon as I went into carb/calorie cycling it was like the magic bullet. I need to pay close attention to refeed when appropriate though.

Of course!!:) That's the fun of it - actually the logs are a good source of motivation...If I dont make progress everyone on the board will see Im a slacker:)

Im real interested in a 60-day PGHT cycle in combo with Cissus too...should be interesting.

Oh and BTW - waist around the navel measured at 32 7/8" last night! That's a ~.5" drop in the past 10 days..:blink:

So the HH is gone, and Im finishing up the cycle with just Camphobolic/Sesamin. Ill write up a summary in a bit. Overall, I've felt great all month and recovery time was significantly improved. I puposely overdid on legs the other day in part to see how I'd react - and while I was plenty sore the next day it was no where near what I expected. In fact today they barely hurt at all - and usually after a big leg day Im in pain for 3-4 days afterward.

Sex drive up, recovery time increased, I lost some fat, and felt great all month. Looking very forward to the 'real' hyperdrol!

Next up: Mega-Dose Cissus !!!
