Great pumps in the gym, and I stopped taking NGorge on Monday so it wasnt the CEE. I havent done barbell shrugs in a good while, but I really need to start working on some weak points so its time to get on that. Ive been timid over the past year or so to really go after intense delt training, as no matter what my shoulder impingement seems to flair up - but yesterday everything felt great. Ive read TTA causes water retention and that's obvious. I do look a bit leaner in the morning.

Yes it does for sure, I gained like 3-4 lbs water weight on TTA in 1 week, lol. If your worried about the water weight I recommend some potassium at 99mcg 3 times a day.:bb:
 
Thanks for the tip young squatter. Im not worried about it, Im sure it will come right off, its a little hard to gauge results with the blurriness, but I kind of expected that.

The water weight will drop after a while or after you come off of lipidFX.

My knees were feeling a little shaky Monday, and someone was using the Power Rack, so I kept squats relatively light. Good solid reps though and the weight felt pretty easy. Started using straps on the SLDL's again so I was able to add some poundage, my hams are sore as hell:D

Close Grip bench went up real easy, which was a welcome feeling considering my bench has been in the toilet.

I didnt work out Tueday & Wednesday, I was out of town for the 4th. Had a great time, ready to get back to business...I started carb cycling today. 15g of carbs so far since 8am.:D

With being away for the holiday and work this week, I havent been to the gym since Monday (been working out at home here and there so I havent been a total loser:)) - my muscles still look pumped and full even with a couple very low carb days...this could be the Anagen at work.

Notes and Observations:

Despite being calorically restricted and relatively low carb all day, strength was up at the gym. I felt great through the whole workout and opted to hit the weights a little longer so I wasnt able to get all my cardio in. I feel like the Anagen is doing its thing, however I do not look that much leaner at all. Maybe a little bit in the AM. Some of this could be due to the water retention from the TTA, however. I didnt respond to it during my initial trial, this time I am dosing at 6caps/day rather than 4.

Weight holding steady at ~215. My inner arms look a bit leaner, but my abs actually look less defined due to the water retention.

Hmm, muscles full and pumped while not lifting? I might have to grab some Anagen! Good job on the log so far.

Seriously - Ive only done pushups/situps/etc since Monday, and this morning when I looked in the mirror my muscles had the pumped look to them. Seems like good stuff!

That is really awsome BV!! I'd kill to have a 'pumped look' to my muscles, especially in the summer time!

I got a little sun yesterday, and Im surprised how much better I look with even a little color. I still dont think Ive leaned out all that much over the past 2 weeks, but my bis/shoulders/traps are definitely looking more full due to the increased focus on those problem areas.
I really think Im starting to feel the Anagen kicking in....I felt great in the gym today. Lifts were up, just had overall more power despite being a low carb day.

Im going to try to hit the gym in the AM Tuesday-Thursday, and then Thursday - Monday we're going to NC for the weekend so I wont be able to train other than light stuff.

Notes and Observations:

Decided to do a Max-OT style workout for chest today, as its been too long since Ive pushed some decent weight. Surprisingly, strengh was up! An impressive development, especially considering I am also down 2lbs. I definitely look a bit leaner as well...I think I may have been misjudging progress due to water retention, and the fact that Im basically only looking at my lower abs. Which of course are very slow to cut up. My thighs, chest, and back are noticably leaner than they were 2 weeks ago.

Interesting, because I feel NO sides from the TTA. No cramping, barely any DOMS...the only negative that potentially may be related to TTA is that it seems like my cardio endurance has slipped a bit. That may also be due to the low carb days as well.

Also, despite a relatively high-intensity day for delts, I felt absolutely NO problems yesterday during my chest workout. No clicking popping, pain, etc. They've never felt this good - could be just because they're finally getting worked hard again, but I suspect the combination of CissusRX and Hyaluronic Acid has something to do with it.

I really think the Anagen is kicking in. Although still far from my best, any improvement in my bench press is welcome on this cut!!

Today is an off-day from the gym, although I may hit up forearms during my lunch break.

Derek/YoungSquatter - is there anything wrong with running Anagen for 8 weeks?

Sorry for the lack up updates guys Ive been on vacation for the past couple days. Had to get two new front tires while I was down here, and this morning I got robbed. So fun!!

On a better note, I did get a good full body workout in yesterday and GNC was having a sale on nutrition bars so my diet didnt go to absolute ****.

Ive kept up on my supplementation, Ill be back with an update later.

I know what ur sayin with the TTA! It seems like if i start a cut and im holdin a little bit more pudge then usual fat just falls off, and then water comes in and it looks to me like it dont budge! I actualy feel fatter! lol But ive been on it for like 8 weeks now so i needa cycle off. One weird thing ive noticed is i only get cramps on DS's TTA noone elses.. hhmmm lol. Keep up the great log bro!
 
Thanks guys...yeah I do actually feel a little fatter...but then at times the water wont be there (like if I slack on the TTA or 1st thing in the AM), and I definitely look leaner. I guess we'll have to wait till the trial is over to find out!!:)

Yeah, I did get robbed down in NC. Came out yesterday morning to load the car up and some fvcker had smashed my window and made off with my Alpine 9833 headunit.

On the positive side, my car was barely damaged, slight bend in the door molding looks like they tried to jimmy the lock first and then smashed the window when they couldnt get in. No damage to my dash, they actually disconnected the wire harness rather than sliced through everything like you usually see. There was also about $20 worth of cash in the car and cd's and stuff that wasnt touched.

Got the window fixed on site for $164, and going to pick up another 9833 on Ebay in a couple days for ~$200, so its not too bad. But still...****ing sucks!!

2nd time a car of mine has been robbed since I've been driving - the first time it was $1200 worth of rims and tires. I was just a kid too...took me all summer to save for that ****.

No fooling around this time though...getting super dark window tint, and a ****ing train whistle for a car alarm siren. (serious)

The ONE time I forget to take off my faceplate...:(

Notes & Observations:
Tough to gauge the effects of the LipidFX. Like mentioned above it seems Im holding onto some water, plus I got a good tan down in NC. Ill take some pics over the weekend to compare.

I just starting doing the 'vertical pushups' a week or so ago...just my feet up on a wall and trying to do pushups as close to perpendicular to the floor as possible. Ill tell you, Ive never felt an exercise that targets my front delts so effectively. Hopefully it will work well, cause my front delts are a weak point :)

Yea i just recently put a system into my car with a new head unit and while my tint is dark its not that dark. Also its a 06 chrysler 300 on 22s so it draws attention big time and i have no real alarm so im looking into that next. I had a viper alarm on my previous car and that bad boy was LOUD! Worked nice!

Holy crap! 22's! The biggest rims I ever had were Mille Miglia 17"'s on my 1979 BMW 635Csi. They got stolen too. :( That 300 sounds like a kick ass ride!

Probably going to get a nice set of 16's for my Accord as a present for her when she flips 100kmi. :) I dont want to change the factory diameter/width ratio that much on this car.

Day 30

I've run out of LipidFX, and feel I can make a good assesment of its effects for me. My BF% is pretty much the same as when I started. I dont feel that that I respond to TTA that well at all. This is the second time Ive run LipidFX, this time at 6caps/day, and other than the water retention I've got very little in the way of positive fat loss results. Oddly, I have nothing in the way of side-effects either (other than the above mentioned water weight)

I think that LipidFX/TTA is a good product, as Ive read several very positve reviews, but it just doesnt work well for me as far as a fat-loss supplement is concerned.

On a side note, however, Ive heard others mention that TTA seems to help them keep their BF% down if diet isnt kept in check. I do seem to notice these effects - on my trip to NC I wasnt able to be as strict as I am at home, and I didnt really notice any BF% gain. At my age, a couple days of cheating and I notice it, with LipidFX the effects of a couple days of bad dieting are much less apparent.

Still have a few days of Anagen left, results have been very positive with this product...Ill post an update and summary in a couple days.

Thanks bro for the compliments! I like it a lot , its spacious and it rides smooth. Yea my biggest before these were 17s as well on my 95 eagle talon AWD turbo, that was modded like no other, close to 400 awhp. I enjoy it though, feel like im in a monster truck lol.

Great log though bro and TTA does have that effect to where it will keep the BF % low even when cheating and not eating to clean. As far as fatloss goes , what works best for you or whats the best product out that uve tried?

Thanks for the compliments on the log bro...as far as TTA is concerned I think I just may not have found my idea dosage yet, but i havent read of anyone needing 8-10 caps a day of LipidFX to see results. Perhaps Im just a non-responder.

Best fat loss product? Its a tough call man because no matter what Ive tried, Ive been plateaued at my current BF% for a while now. What I need is a solid re-evaluation of my diet/training techniques and to really hit it hardcore, train 5-6 days a week, strict carb cycling,etc.

I can do it, but Im going to have to push a lot of things to the back burner and life will pretty much be work/diet/training/sleep for 8 weeks. The thought of that is exciting, but anyone who works full-time and has a bunch of other hobbies/responsibilites can identify with the focus it takes to make that happen.

The 3-4 days a week at the gym & a clean diet just arent cutting it anymore in the fatloss department, especially with this freakin' office job. (cant wait to bulk though:))

All in all, I lost a good amount of fat when i was in the 220's and was using Camphobolic and C2. For me, the thyroid stimulation from the forslean seemed to work pretty well. However, now that Im down to ~215 nothing in the way of natural supps seems to have that much of an effect. My BF% is as low as I can ever remember it being, so to get lower than that Im just really going to have to bite the bullet and work my freaking ass off.:)

I here ya on bein stuck at the BF%. That seems to be where i am now. I mean im trying everything and it just seems to be an extremely slow process i guess.

Looking forward to Arnold presses this week, hopefully Ill have an 80 in each hand:) This has to be due to the addition of the Hyaluronic Acid...combined with CissusRX it seems to be a winning combination for joint health.

Ive started LipoUltra+Clen yesterday, and am going to be upping the cardio. If I can't break this plateau, I will be looking into more extreme methods of body recomposition. :cool:

How do you like the LipoUltra+ clen? The clens in the lipultra or your takin it oraly? Ive been thinking about clen but need to read up on it a bit more to access everything i need.

3 caps per day, although a couple days (while I was in NC) I only took 2. I have a few left and should be done in a day or two.

Putting it in the LipoUltra. Actually havent even started w/the clen yet, I have to use the lipo by itself for a few days before there's enough room. Too early to tell how I like it...it smells minty and dries fast:)

Well, back at the gym in the AM. A few days off the LipidFX and I dropped a couple lbs of water, and Im now down 2lbs from the beginning of the log. My abs do infact look a bit more defined, so perhaps its fat loss properies were realized to a small extent during this trial.

YoungSquatter & Derek - how high can you safely go on TTA dosing?

Although right now my strength sucks in the morning Im sure that will change as I get used to getting up that early. The anagen has definitely had an anabolic effect - great pumps, no muscle loss, etc. I plan to run it for another 4 weeks.

So I think that about wraps up this trial, a big thanks to Scivation for allowing me to participate. Ill try to get some 'after' pics up this week.

Im nto sure exactly how high you can dose TTA without problems, ill bump that for derek.

As for fat loss great job logging man, have you ever thought of doing a lower carb diet with refeeds? I think they will help you break through that sticking point.

Im sure it will break me through this sticking point...Ive actually upped the cals to maintenece level for the next few days just to break things up a bit and Im planning to hit the low carb diet shortly afterward.

Lookin good bro. I just started a CKD myself to try and lean up a bit without much cardio. All I can think about is carbs. :pizza: :donut: :burg:
 
Ah thanks man...still BF is higher than I'd hoped it be at this point. Im really running up against a plateau. More cardio + less cals just ends up making me feel like crap and I look deflated.

I needed a break, so for the past couple days Ive been pushing up the cals and eating real clean. Going to do a week or two of clean semi-bulking (slightly over maintence) and then make the final push to get the fat off.

Im pulling out the big guns this time...I WILL be ripped :D

Overall Impressions

LipidFX - The is the second time Ive run a TTA - based supplement, and Im pretty convinced that I see less results than others at least at the recommended dosing levels. What I do notice, however, is a definite appetite suppression, slight water retention, and it does seem that I can 'eat dirty' and suffer less ill effects then when not using TTA. At 30, belive me, too many cheeseburgers and you notice it in a day or two! However, I didnt notice much in the way of fat loss, and suffered NO negative sides (cramping, etc) whatsoever. I think its a good supplement, and from reading other's experiences it works very well for fat loss, but I do seem to be somewhat a non-responder.

Anagen -I was quite impressed with the Anagen. Within a week of dosing I felt noticeably stronger, and I could see a slight difference in muscle fullness even in a caloric deficet with low carbs. Recovery time was also noticeably enhanced. Now that Ive been off for a few days, I'm once again getting sore as hell 2 days after leg day:) Good stuff, especially at the price its selling for.

Although not part of the trial, I have to mention the apparent joint benefits of the Cissus/Hyaluronic acid in combination. This whole month my shoulders literally felt brand new, ive actually made some good strides toward bringing them up, and added a bit of strength too.

Ill try to get a pic up tonight, but honestly I dont look much different that I did at the beginning of the thread. Maybe a tad leaner and slightly (ever so slightly):) bigger delts.

What brand of hyaluronic acid are you using? I'm intrigued with the positive reports I've heard about this stuff, but don't know of which brand names are trustworthy, and what kind of dose is necessary. I too have a bad shoulder, and anything that might help in healing it up is very welcome.

You want to get the BioCell Collagen 2 version, as its the most bioavailable form of it. Otherwise, not much gets absorbed. You're supposed to frontload at 6 caps a day for a week or two, during this time I noticed the skin on my face looked smoother, especially my lips. Not that Im going for the pouty lips look or anything:) - but it was interesting.

I heard a radio informercial on the stuff touting the benefits of the stuff. Supposedly there is a small village in Japan where people have a high intake of hyaluronic acid, and because of this the effects of aging have been greatly negated. People who were 90 years old appeared closer to 40, elderly people had great mobility, etc. It sounded almost too good to be true.
