On this site, if I have fans, it's definitely not for being innocent! I don't think I would even have any friends let alone fans on here if I wasn't slightly twisted, tainted or perverted to some extent. Lol!

Had a little stall in the weight loss after my weekend to the beach but looks like I am back on track and will see the numbers going down.
Androcrine is still helping me stay full and hard looking and I have added in some EP1C UnLeashed to stack with it.

Yesterdays training was a little on the lighter side but still felt great.
Weight x Reps x Sets
Side laterals
40x10x3

Front raises
30x10x3

Rear laterals
35x10x3

DB curl
50x8x2

Incline hammer
45x10x2

Concentration curl
25x12x2

Finished with 25 minutes on the bike. Will increase to 30 minutes next workout.
