I have to say I set more PR's with lecheek stuff than anything else I have used. Gonna have to sweet talk a rep and get a whole stack set and see what I can do.
Also My back never gets sore or tight but today has been massive!. I was parking my truck and got a LAT cramp. lol I have never had one of those!. I am loosing some definition in my abs but seriously getting bigger in everywhere else.
 
Man impressive I'm so lacking in the trap and shoulder department :( need to bump my routine up more like yours! Way to kill ir bro!
 
Honeslty sucks that's what. I need lower back and shoulder routine upgrade. For shoulders i do db presses, machine presses, upright rows with straight bar, lat pull downs.
 
Today was a mess.
I am working nights for just one night,,, as of yet. This has my system screwed up and I feel like crap.
I went today wanting to hit legs and started off good but It hit me all the sudden and I just was not feeling the workout.

Standing machine Ham curls
4 heavy sets

Seated Ham curls
3 sets slow tempo

Seated leg ext
4 heavy sets

Hip abductors
4 sets

Pistol squats
Never done these and damn they are hard
kept getting a cramp in my hip and quad area in the leg I was holding up.

I was just so spaced out by this point I went home. I was really wanting to do heavy back squats and leg press but I was just tired. went home and cooked and tried to take a nap before work tonight , but that didnt happen either. Gonna try and hit chest after work tonight or go straight home and sleep for a while and hit chest. Depends on how I feel at 6 am.
 
3rd shift would throw me off for a week even if it was.only one night
 
yea, it sucks but honestly Thank goodness I have the MASShgh this is the best sleep I have had on anything. Cant wait to review this stuff.

They was on fire. My grip and hands was tore up late last night.

I moved fast and kept the shoulders hot the whole workout. I have not been that heavy with DB in a while for shoulders. I just have a hard time getting them up into starting position.

Be carefull with the heavy db pressd for shoulders. I think that tossing them up there is what messed up my shoulders. Back in the day I pressed the 110's 120's and when I did it was like every week the other shoulder would hurt. Back and forth back and forth.
 
Yea I know if I can get someone to help me get them up there I want have to rotate the shoulder with all that weight on it. But hard to do that.
I have went up to the 110 before, but after that I noticed trouble. I more than likely will not go that heavy again on those. It made me nervous to be honest. I dont want another set back.

Great ****z more like friggin awesome!!!! I couldn't even imagine using heavy weight on straight bar. I can do them on the ez but my wrist kill on straights. Your kicking butt plain and simple! Keep it up.

I will say that I was really pumped up for the 315 and threw the two reps up. For some reason I just was not feeling it for the 335. Its like I just lost the feeling or something. I think I screwed myself up thinking I would not get it or something.

Yea I have gotten 315 a few times over the years but I tend to get shoulder issues when I keep pushing myself. My next goal is 315 x 5. And 350 squat and new deadlift goal is 405.
