4 sets. I was so toasted by this set. The weight used was pathetic lol
I have to say I set more PR's with lecheek stuff than anything else I have used. Gonna have to sweet talk a rep and get a whole stack set and see what I can do.
Also My back never gets sore or tight but today has been massive!. I was parking my truck and got a LAT cramp. lol I have never had one of those!. I am loosing some definition in my abs but seriously getting bigger in everywhere else.
