I started using 35-50g intra with HBCDs and my recovery has insanely increased. I agree it is expensive. I found Glycofuse on sale over Xmas and bought 4 big tubs.

I've done this for callouses on my feet, burns but well worth it

Good deal, yeah I knew you had a few weeks for the meet but you mentioned maxing one more time this weekend which is what I was talking about videoing.
whats your goal?You should take vids of your lifts at the meet! Also I'm up about 7 lbs on my 15th day of msten/mecha dosed at 20mg/100mg respectively. You think I should up the dosage on either one? Eating 2300-2400 cals/day

Well I haven't put on any fat, or at least noticeable fat on. The whole goal was to recomp. Ugh I really don't wana add cardio lol.
You can deduct kcals, but I like food. I'd rather add in cardio and see if that makes a difference before I start reducing calories. Carb cycling would be ideal.

The one thing I'll add is that my strength on bigger lifts are going up slow.Nice squatting Hyde and okay I see on the maxes and a good thing since pulling is your main goal I think you should definitely hold out on maxing until the meet. ion26 - Sounds like you are making some excellent gains. I see absolutely no need for you to increase your doses. You are making gains with no sides or at least it doesn't seem like you are having sides if contemplating going up. Rule of thumb as long as you are making good progress your dose is good. More is not always better if you are at a point you don't need more yet all you are doing is over saturating your receptors making you need higher doses in later cycles. If your progress starts to stall increase one or the other and then if you stall again increase the one you didn't the first increase. Also you don't have to do cardio at all. Shorten your rest periods to 30-45 seconds and crush it you will burn plenty fat that way without adding in any cardio. This is one of the things that a lot of the coaches are recommending now over straight cardio. Modify the lifting first then add in cardio if needed after that. However if you keep your rest periods under 60 seconds it will definitely help you lose fat and the shorter the better if you don't want to do cardio. However expect to be huffing and puffing and covered in sweat everytime you lift which to me feels great!!!!!

I like to lift relatively heavy, so I'd lengthen the rest periods and keep the volume the same. But, like I said above I'd add in cardio, instead of shortening rest periods(again, because I like to lift heavy-ish). HIIT 3-4x a week will do wonders
