Bigger Pecs & Better Sex from Brawn & Halo X

Mid-high 160s at a low bodyfat is the sweet spot for my height range. I'm basically dead after my workouts lol. I can't wait till my cut is over on February 10. Then I can up my calories and start msten.

Both. My bf is decently high, & I have a fair amount of lumps/pebbles in my chest. I'm very gyno-prone, & my bloodwork proves that my estro & prolactin both run on the high side naturally. I think some of it is pubertal tho - I've always had dishearteningly-shaped tits, even since I was young. Prolactin wants to jump in response to anything, & also estrogen picks up easy enough too. First cycle ever was gonna be 80mg of ProDienelone & 20mg of Epi/day. I woke up on the SECOND day with inflamed, puffy nips. Dropped the Prodienelone after day 5 & went full Epi instead. I've since learned the hard way how my body responds & what I need to take if I want to run Prodienelone the right way. You learn quick when the alternative is wearing a sports-bra ;)

Now I'm explaining to 230lb f*ckers at the gym how to control their gyno on their gram of test lol. People never want to take the time to learn how their own bodies actually work.

Gyno is part of the game - it comes & goes, you just have to understand how to be the one dictating that.

Gyno is unfortunately part of the game for certain. Some are lucky enough to never deal with it and some have it that started at puberty. I am with HYDE in that respect. I have to get pretty darn lean for that area to lean up and then I still have a little bit once i am full on shredded.

Truth. Any ole time you need some help but don't wanna squish your estro (except around androgens with affinity for the progesterone receptors of course), Nolva to the rescue.

Quite excited to see your progress! What's your opinion on training while on cycle? Is the an optimal training method or just keep doing what you're doing?

I usually don't change my routine but I'm curious...

Personally (and I hope others chime in with how they do it) I have come to find that I train with more rest & heavier weights for my hypertrophy work, with more time devoted to accruing mass than usual. The reason for this is two-fold: a lot of orals lower your cardiovascular endurance, & raise bp, & cause back/calf pumps, so more rest to catch my breath is needed, & also being on steroids is the time to really make strides in adding lean mass. Off-time I tend to stick more towards strength-training, with bang-for-buck exercises that hit a lot of muscles as accessory work with a decent load of volume, & I keep gym sessions to 1 hr while off cycle.

I trained really heavy on helladrol and I grew like a tree, 25 lbs. so yes heavy is the way to go. I was doing a modded 5x5 that Fl3x posted awhile ago on an androfactory thread. It was gold! I modded it with more hypertrophy work I between the 5x5 days and boom perfection!

Right now I'm using 5/3/1 and I'm loving that as we'll.

Exactly this...! I have no stamina especially on tren. Bp is weird. Never had systolic so high.. Definitely long ish breaks.

This cycle, however, I will try to keep my intensity higher as it's not really a bulk. Plus, both compounds should provide some endurance. Epi does for me for sure. But msten, 1-test compounds like m1t & 1dhea, 4dhea, cyano, mbol all slow me down. Msten is a nightmare for deadlifting - you're so damn strong, if only you can get thru your warmups for the heavy set!

There's only so much research one can do before you have to learn it yourself or see people's experiences. Different drugs react differently , different exercises effect different body types, even effective nutrition for similar goals in different people. I'm a freak. I grow in a deficit. I have to hit maintenance and cardio to lose fat though. That may not work for everyone. It just gives ideas for Their own experimentation.

I've been eating pretty consistently clean again the last 5wks really; there was always cheatfood every wk but not nearly as often as the past half a yr (once I got that steady gf diet suffered a lot). I've gotten her eating cleaner & better for her too, & she's dropped 5lbs in like 3wks with nothing but a very little bit of LISS. I'm getting back into the groove of eating like a bodybuilder (I never stopped eating 6-8x/day, but I wasn't eating clean enough), & I'm really enjoying it. And I know more about cooking/what I like/dieting/my body than ever, so it's been a lot smoother transition this time.

I agree about the gf thing. My diet feels like it's suffering so I decided to actually make the effort to eat clean now. I hate feeling like ******* from crap food anyway.

I was eating a bit below the 4wks on Ostarine & let the SARM hold my muscle, which it did well. I'll never diet seriously without anabolics again - that's how gains are lost. Since I've finished Osta this past wk I've added more carbs back to hold my weight til the cycle begins. I'll prob be shooting for a slight deficit the entire month of Halo X. After that I'll evaluate for the last 2-4wks.

Just found out a buddy at my gym might be entering his first powerlifting meet. Springfield, MO on March 15th I believe - USPA & it's untested. He's gonna see if his old wrestling singlets still fit. We're around the same size/weight so if they do I might do it since I'd only have to pay the $50 to compete. I'd be about 6wks into Epistane, so I should be strong enough. The catch is I have no idea where my weight will be. If I add in the DMZ & LMG the 2nd month I'll be even stronger, but will prob have to compete in 220 class lol. 220 is the most competitive class in Powerlifting usually.

I'm sensing a meet-up bro day in the near future....it can be like one of those glamorous Muscular Development sessions where they get a couple Pros together the day after contest, & they're still all shredded & grainy & they oil em up so they look beastmode under weights they're not really moving. Except we won't be shredded, grainy, or oiled, & we'll actually be lifting. And nobody will think we're Pros lol

I'm lol'ing right now. This is exactly what I expected to come back to after my last comment.

Nothing in the mail yet! The suspense is killing me. Guess I'll have to keep eating at maintenance.....today was (combined & spread thru day over 5 meals) 1.3lbs ground sirloin (93/7), several cups cooked of brown rice, 1 entire bag of steamed broccoli, half a raisin bagel from Panera w/ honey spread, 1tbsp coconut oil, 2 scoops isolate & 1 scoop casein, 3/4 cup muesli, 1/2 cup almond milk. That's bfast thru preworkout meal. Got post shake & last meal to go. My maintenance is higher than ever, & it's legit. I need to keep stacking on lean mass so I can keep slamming these meals!

My gf's dad loves to say I could probably burn #2 diesel whenever he watches me eat lol
