Pretty good day over all. I take back what I said a few days ago about weight stalling, weight has still been going down, 213 (~7), but very slowly (just the way it should be).
Wow, I'm bloated! Refeeding today has felt great as usual. I've gone a little over on my calories today (cookies, donuts, pizza will do that), but nothing that I'm worried about. i don't usually do cardio the after a leg day, but plan on doing some tomorrow morning to take care of any spillage that may have occurred.

Time to get ready for another week of strict dieting and hard training, I'm expecting great things with the Kit these last two week, as now it should be practically running through my veins.
