Pretty good day over all. I take back what I said a few days ago about weight stalling, weight has still been going down, 213 (~7), but very slowly (just the way it should be).

Wow, I'm bloated! Refeeding today has felt great as usual. I've gone a little over on my calories today (cookies, donuts, pizza will do that), but nothing that I'm worried about. i don't usually do cardio the after a leg day, but plan on doing some tomorrow morning to take care of any spillage that may have occurred.

and the Steelers beat the brownies! Day complete

Time to get ready for another week of strict dieting and hard training, I'm expecting great things with the Kit these last two week, as now it should be practically running through my veins.

Got a nice chest pump today, didn't feel as strong as usual a day after a refeed, specifically on inclines, but as the workout went on I was able to pump a few extra reps on some of the exercises that I usually would usually stall out on.

I did retain a little extra then normal from my refeed, but I expected that and I don't see any problem with getting back to baseline by wednesday/thursday.

Went in early today to put a little work in and feel a little deserving of the way I'm eating today. I was going to save my refeed for Sunday like I usually do, but decided it would e much more enjoyable today and I'll stay VLC for the rest of the duration.

The past 5 days have been jumbled around, but everything has been going very well. My weight has been staying steady around 214 and I feel a lot leaner. I'm ready to kill it this last week with the Cutting Kit.
 
LAST WEEK!? Man time sure goes by quick this time of year, it feels like a couple weeks ago you started. Glad to see you are able to work around the holiday madness and hustle and bustle. I know for me personally I will plan on cutting this time of year every year. At the very least you prevent the holiday fat gain and if everything goes perfectly you come out of the holidays lean and mean and ready to tackle the new year!

wow, things have been very hectic with school and break, just about finished up, I think I'll probably be done with all of the dosages today or tomorrow and will start Form-xt. I'll through the review up sometime tonight/tomorrow.
 
well guys my time is done and now have begun pct (form-xt, DAA) I fully enjoyed the run and hope that someone gains some knowledge through my post. I'll make sure to post a few updates during PCT. I will begin to bring my calories back to maintance and go decide where I want to go from their.

Final Review (also added to second post)

For only a 4 week run at recommended doses, IMO LG Science's Cutting Kit is exactly what it is marketed as. It is very mild ph that gave the extra push while dieting.

Strength: I did not notice much if any strength gain, but I was cutting and did not expect any strength gains this past month. With that being said, I did not lose any strength which is definitely an added bonus.

Recovery: I wouldn't say that I felt any more or less sore then usual. I like to believe that my training sessions are fairly intense with high volume and I always reach a level of soreness regardless of added supps. I did notice though in the last half of the run having more endurance towards the end of my workouts.

Libido- There was definite boost in this category and the most prominent. There may have been a few extra late night cardio sessions added... that's all I have to say about that.

Sides: None, did not notice a single thing.

Vascularity: There was an increase, I'm usually only vascular in the gym and when it's hot outside, But during this cycle I remained vascular all day and in the gym there were veins popping out that i had never seen before.

Hardness: Muscle became more dense as the cycle progressed.

Diet issues: none, I was worried that with the ph and restricting calories I would become hungrier, but everything went according to plan and there were no pitfalls


Final review: I would recommend this product for someone's first run at a ph or looking for a very mild ph with no sides. I personally like things a little on the strong side and I would like to see this ran with two kits fit into 6 weeks (higher dose, longer duration). I do not feel that 4 weeks was honestly enough to fully assess the capabilities of this product.

can you take m1d on top of the cutting kit


You could, but what would the reasoning be? The cutting kit is designed for someone cutting and looking to retain muscle while getting leaner and harder with compounds that are considered to give dryer results and not retain water. M1d is more of a wet compound and will retain water and is better suited with a bulk to take full advantage of its muscle building properties. The kit is very mild and definitely helps retain muscle while cutting, but even with m1d, if your in a calorie deficit don't expect to put mass on or for lifts to really jump.
 
thanks for the advice i have on hand 3 cutting andro kits and just ordered 2 bulk kits, i am taking the epi- 2ml 3 times a day, 17 andro 1.5 4 times a day, and 1 andro 3ml twice a day, and i have been taking testofuel 1 tab 4 times a day i feel the gains and am seeing the results i will probably not plan on running the bulk for atleast 6 weeks though. any advice would be greatly appreciated on changes to it or what not
 
my suggestions: If your looking to cut, drop your calories 1,000 from maintenance and double the the cutting kit dosage since you have enough on hand, run it for a total of 6 weeks. then run the formxt. take 10 weeks off run two bulk kits in 6 weeks time. You'll have to do some math, but start at recommended dosage and slightly increase dosage every week.
 
and there is no such thing as bulking and cutting at the same time, unless you are extremely experienced and running some serious anabolics the body is not capable of losing fat and putting on any serious amount of muscle. Determine your goal: are you looking to get cut, or do you need to put some size on. trying to do both is just a waste of time and effort.
 
ok well thanks alot i definately need cut more then bulk so ill just double the dose on the cut kit and cut calories back as well
