Bigboy's weight loss plan!!!

I started the weight loss plan this past Sunday.

Current stats:

251lbs.
BF%--WAY too high

I am in the worst shape that I have ever been in right now. I have to do something!!!
I have faith in Bobo!!!

I have had some trouble eating the cottage cheese but I do eat it. Any suggestions on the brand that tastes the best or is all about the same. Do you mix anything in it to make it taste better?

Weighed in this morning @248lbs. Woo Hoo!!!

Probably would have been better but I had a birthday party to attend over the weekend.

I seem to be getting used to the bagels!!! Is the broccolli for fiber? Also, can I substitute a grilled 99% fat free chicken breast for every time that I am supposed to eat a can of tuna?

Cottage cheese, torani sugar free chocolate syrup, splenda, ice, tad of water, blender.. Thank me later

Also search for freanch toast bagel recipe;)
 
Broccolli is for fiber and also its an extremely nutrietn rich food.

YEs, you can use that sub each time if you like.
 
Weighed in this morning before brealfast at 246lbs. down another two pounds this week. I have noticed that last weeks bi/tri workouts did not make me sore the next day. I have followed the workout with the ratios and all perfect. Dp I ned to be doing something different? Also, please advise if I can have the french toast bagels that has been discussed on here?

They add bascally nothing to the bagel.. I lost all my weight eating those 3 times a day, and Beowulf did the same.. I could not live without them..
 
The french toast is fine. DOMS will decrease over time as your body adpats but this is normal and there is no need to change. THe exercise and ratio scheme change between the two weeks to assure there is enough change to keep your body guessing. It doens't take much.

These are great thanks for the recipe!!! I didn't know how much longer I could stand the fat free cream cheese on the bagels. Any other recipes you have that you want to share will be appreciated.

The one above with cc i eat everynight before bed.. The meal bobo has for me is 2cup CC, flax oil, broc.. I just eat the broc. Take the cc throw in blender with about 1cup(you will have to play with that to your desired thickness), torani sugar free chocolate syrup(will need to play with amount of this too),flax, a quarter cup of water, and some splenda.
 
Weighed in this morning at 245lbs. down one pound from last week. Workouts are going great.

Bobo, any changes need to be made?

Did not do so good last week. Life got in the way of my progress and I am up 2lbs. (247lbs.) from last week. Diet and training was all to hell!!! I am back on track this week.

Bobo, don't be too upset with me!!!

This is going to across very asshole'ish but whatever :D

You need to learn to eat for function and not for taste if you want to succeed in this lifestyle. What you're doing should not be a temporary fix... it should be a life long effort.

That doesn't mean you need to eat as strict as Bobo has you when you are off his program and by all means, enjoy a slice of pizza or two once a week for a treat but the majority of your eating should be for "function".

Society is as fat as it is because we associate everything with food and that food isn't exactly "quality" food either. Have a birthday? Here's some cake, or two. Get a promotion? Dinner out with fatty steaks, potato sauteed in butter, nice bottle of red win and dessets. Lose your job? Comfort yourself with some cake and ice cream. You get the point lol.

Just try and remember that you are eating to live not living to eat. You'll get where you wanna go!

Note: Tuna does suck ass. No question about it. After living in it for years with no dressing of any kind, I can't tolerate anymore. lol

Thanks Bobo that is a total of 11lbs. lost over the last eight weeks.
