Getting ready for the NY PRO show. Starting weight before the cut is 339lbs.

If he brings that conditioning to the O, it won't end well for him. He won in a lineup that wasn't all that impressive. Kudos to him and DJ for pulling it off, though. I had my doubts big time.

I thought the same. Dude is clearly a mass monster but other than physical size his physique really wasn't too mind blowing
 
Lol you guys are nuts. He has size, symmetry, oh and size that blows someone like Morel out of the water. He was out of shape and just destroyed the 2nd a d 3rd place Arnold Brazil guys. And we all know he would have crushed Kuclo too.

Agreed....Ramy is huge but what sets him apart is the symmetry he brings to the table...his waist is tiny compared to other ppl his size but it's also tiny compared to even the smaller guys

condtioning is the only thing that I can see hold him back at the Mr O

If DJ can get Beyeke peeled for one show I think he can get Ramy peeled for one show. I guess Ramy is moving to Arizona now.
 
I think it's going to be hard for him to break into the top 2 in the o; I could see him beating Shawn and dex tho.

I'm not a Morel fan at all. Baffling that Delarosa places behind him.

I agree 100%. It's crazy how small his waist is with all that mass. I bet he cracks top 5 at the Olympia.
