i understand your plight.. i weighted in at 256 at my heaviest. currently im about 190 and 12 % let me know if i can help you reach your goals by designing a program that accelerates fat loss and perserves muscle mass and wont leave you hungry./. at least not very often

Wow thanks I think the pics are misleading. lol
I dont feel that big. I may have to get some measurements and post them. I just wish I could get my midsection to tighten up. I have gotten it down. But its just seems loose to me. Anyone know any tricks? Maybe If I start doing my cardio before workouts ?

I did 25 min steady state cardio on bike at beginning of the workout.

Lat pulldown and cable close grip row ( SUPERSET )
6 sets ( rep ranged from 20 - to as low as 8 reps. )
T BAR ROW and DB ROW
one plate x 12 x 4 sets Good slow squeezed reps and The DB rows I did with various angles to hit overall back.
BACK EXT
5 sets. ( to get a good stretch. )
Pretty simple day but over all great pump.
Also Im getting very strong on lat pulldowns. Im in the elite plate loading range on those.
Toward the bottom the plates look new because nobody uses them.
This morning my back is very tight and I can feel everything got worked. Even my traps are sore.
yesterday was raining all day , Didnt want to do anything but sleep all day. But I had to work .
Im telll you this speed x3 is awesome I simply didnt want to go workout I was just wanting to sleep after work.
Anyway. Add one heaping scooping and half of another one and Im good.

OK so I started my MassHGH the other day And I love the sleep on it. Im gonna get the log up and going tonight.

BARBELL curls
5 sets Last two sets was 105 x 8
Lat close grip reverse grip pulldown
5 sets
Preacher curl bar ( these with those grips! OMG ! )

Lat pulldowns
4 sets
Single arm cable row
4 sets
DB curls
4 sets
No grip sets from now on. (my forearms couldn't hold it any more. )
Double DB curls concentrated curls

Not sure what this is called.
I set up a smith machine used it as a kinda pullup bar, but I had my body kinda hanging under the bar with feet way out front .
I really felt these in my lats.
