that looks like the arm day i'm gonna have tomorrow. gonna add in some delts as well since its my off day and i've got all the time in the world to lift till i puke. that'll be tough to do on an arm day.

Saturday was a rest day for me...so I decided to head up to South Bend Indiana to watch my Notre Dame Fighting Irish play Louisville. The weather was rainy and they lost but had a blast. Here are a few pics of the trip. Invalid Link Removed

I also decided to take yesterday off as well. Needed a little recovery time. Feel absolutely unstoppable today. Gonna hit it hard this afternoon. Hope every one had a great weekend.

I expected more DOMS today. It was a damn good lift

Place is like heaven on earth to me. I still get emotional every time I step on campus. Louisville sucks. Can't stand them either. Its a must see before u die.

Sorry I've been a stranger for a couple days. Been working a lot and I have my kids for the thanksgiving holiday and this weekend. I have a sick lil boy so I haven't gotten to train in a few days. Hopefully I'll be back in the gym tomorrow.

On a side note I'm running an Andro Cutting Stack of prohormones from my sponsor LG Sciences and have noticed that I'm having an issue staying hard or even getting hard....has anyone else had that problem?

Never on cutters because they're usually dht. What compounds are they? What else are you using? Eq is the only one I've used that keeps me down.


No need to apologize for not posting on a holiday weekend man. Most of us aren't really around on weekends. It's ok to have a life

Blown away this morning. Even after my thanksgiving weekend I weighed this morning and I was 237.4 which means I have now lost 22 lbs in 3 weeks on my Andro Cutting Kit from LG Sciences and a stack of Ketotifen T3 and Clenbuterol. I'm only 12 lbs away from my goal of 225 by the Arnold in March. Ready to get back after it this week. I'll post some progress pics this coming weekend. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Yeah I am....but that's a huge drop off for me. I'm used to doing 315 or more. I was pleased with the volume for sure

Quad overload...i really struggled. My blood sugar bottomed out after squats and I actually ended up on the floor on 4 different occasions. Got extremely light headed and felt like I was going to pass out. I was able to push through and get 30 sets in

I barely made it thru these so light headed I had to lay down for over 5 minutes to be able to walk out of the gym. I had to have a gatorade to bring my sugar levels back up.

No intra carbs man? My coach swears by it. I'm taking 50g of hbcd's in with bcaas intra. Usually helps with blood sugar and performance

I use dextrose occasionally. Not Hbcd but for me I get the same benefit and a lot cheaper price.

Highly branched cyclic dextrin. I'll try to dig up some literature after work if you want.

I'm obviously new to this so please help a guy out. Is this something I can just pick up at vitamin shoppe or where can I find it?
