Strength went up a lot with shoulders and legs. I have been weak at these two points (mostly shoulders) all my life. I have seen some real good gains since I started. I weighed myself at the gym today and was 187. I started out 184. I feel a lot leaner and much stronger since starting. I will definitely be using this product again, especially for the price. I am seeing some steady gains of about 5-10lbs increase per week in each of my lifts. That is a big success for me.

Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(60), 10(65), 8(70) Up 5 lbs
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45) same
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (320), 10(340), 8(360) Up 20 lbs each set, most I have ever done
Squats: 3 sets of 12(275), 10(315), 8(335) Up 10 lbs each set. Felt great!
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(165), 10(170), 8(175) up 5 bs
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180) same
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(165), 10(175), 8(185) up 10lbs each set
