Just got my stack of SNS performance xgels and Alcar. First off big thanks to SNS for allowing me to try these products out. I am currently 184lb and am trying to get up to 190 while staying lean by the end of February. I have been lifting for about 9 years. Really looking forward to trying out these products, especially the x-gels. I have been wanting to use an arachadonic acid product for a long time. Just took 4 caps of xgels and 2 alcar and off to the gym, will update tonight when I get back!

Ok I went to the gym new years eve and I took the ALCAr about 40 minutes before my workout. I took 2 of the ALCAR and four of the x-gels. I really felt the ALCAR helped with my focus. I was very focused the past two days in the gym. I trained hard and before I knew it the hour was up and I still wanted to keep training. I am really interested to see how the X-gels does for me as far as strength and gains. I did shoulders and legs on new years eve. Here is my workout from new years eve:
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(80lbs)
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(130), 10(140), 8(145)
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(50), 10(55), 8(60)
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45)
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (280), 10(300), 8(320)
Squats: 3 sets of 12(255), 10(295), 8(325)
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(150), 10(155), 8(160)
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180)
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(145), 10(155), 8(165)

Really excited to see these numbers go up over the next few weeks!

I worked a 12 hour shift yesterday, but I will be hitting it hard today at the gym doing back and biceps. Along with everyone and their mothers trying to start their new years resolutions haha. I will post it later today. Thanks again SNS!

Nice NYE session. That's cool to see your feedback on the acute dosing of ALCAR. I'll be interested to see how you feel about it with prolonged usage.

Felt very strong in the gym last night. Back is my favorite muscle group to train, and I did biceps as well. I have been doing this workout for a couple weeks now and my numbers increased in a few of the lifts from last week. I really love the effects of ALCAR so far. I love the fact it helps with my focus without causing any of the jitters or nervousness that caffeine based products cause. It is a nice steady focus that allows me to really zone in on what I am doing. I have been sleeping great while taking the ALCAR and X-gels as well. No side effects yet to speak of.

Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(255lbs), 10(295lbs), 8(335lbs)
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(155lbs), 10(165lbs), 8(175lbs)
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(32.5 lbs), 10(35 lbs), 8(37.5 lbs)
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(90lbs),10(100lbs), 8(110lbs)
Hammer Curls with Iforce grips: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs)
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(75lbs), 8(75lbs)
Pullups to failure to finish off: 16

Seems like you're really enjoying the combination. Good to hear no side effects as well of coarse. I've never notice any increase in sleep quality with ALCAR, but that's great you are. Maybe it's just aiding in you killing it every session and making sleep come easier at night. :p

Just got back from the gym after doing chest and triceps. I have been feeling a lot stronger in just the few days I have been taking x-gels. My focus is definitely up and I attribute that to ALCAR. I increased my sets by about 5lbs for most of my exercises compared to my last weeks workout. Next time I workout chest I am going to try to best my max of 300lbs. I think I will be able to get there. So far I have noticed a little extra soreness. Not bad soreness but that nice kind we all love. Joints have been fine. Sleep is good as well.
Flat Bench Press: 3 sets of 12(190lb), 10(195lb), 7(230lb)
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(180), 10(190), 8(200)
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(70), 8(75)
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80)
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(70), 8(75)
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(55), 10(60), 8(65)
Dips to failure: 16

I trained yesterday and today but have been real busy with school and work I didnt have time last night to update. Everything is going great so far. I think I am starting to notice some slight increases in strength, especially my complex exercises. So far no side effects. I was a little worried about joint pains because I had heard others get those with similar products but so far so good. I am getting more sore than before so I know the inflammatory properties are doing their job. My biceps never get sore and after working them out they are really sore. My focus has been great with the ALCAR. Where has this ALCAR been all my life?! I did a little experiment and took some ALCAR before studying and I felt real focused and motivated. Here is yesterdays workout:
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(75lbs), 10(80lbs), 8(85lbs) Up 5 lbs from last week
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(130), 10(140), 8(145) same as last week
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(55), 10(60), 8(65) up 5 lbs from last week
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45) same as last week
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (300), 10(320), 8(340) up 20 lbs each set. real happy about this!
Squats: 3 sets of 12(265), 10(305), 8(325) up 10 lbs for first 2 sets
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(155), 10(160), 8(165) up 5 lbs
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180) same as last week
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(155), 10(165), 8(175) up 10lbs each set

We understand life gets in the way if updating logs every once in a while. :p

Great to hear no joint pain. Probably occurs more often with those who take 1.5g+.

Yea, really happy I haven't had joint pains. Allows me to still lift heavy while increasing my intensity.

Noticed some gains today with deadlifts. I increased 10 lbs on all 3 sets which put me at the highest I have been before. Pretty sore from the shoulder and leg workout, but the good kind of sore! I also went up on my rows as well.
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(265lbs), 10(305lbs), 8(345lbs)
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(165lbs), 10(175lbs), 8(185lbs)
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(32.5 lbs), 10(35 lbs), 8(37.5 lbs)
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(90lbs),10(100lbs), 8(110lbs)
Hammer Curls with Iforce grips: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs)

I did chest and triceps and last night and I am pretty happy with the results I am seeing this early. Next week I am going to go for my max in bench press, which would be over just over 300lbs. My back was soooo sore from the last workout. I love that feeling. Reminds me of when I first started working out and I would hit certain areas in my workouts that I wasn't used to and I would be sore for days. The soreness is not bad, its good. No sore joints, just soreness in the muscles being used. I feel great today though. Sleeping good as well. The ALCAR doesn't cause any problems with sleep. It just provides a nice steady focus without the stimulant effect.
Flat Bench Press: 3 sets of 12(1200lb), 10(205lb), 8(235lb) I went up 10lbs each set and on my last set I was able to get the full 8 reps in rather than cutting it short like last time. My max for 1 rep is 300. Next week I am going to go for 310.
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(185), 10(195), 8(205) Up 5lbs each set
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(70), 8(75) same as last time
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(75), 10(80), 8(85) up 5 lbs each set
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(70), 8(75) same as last time
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(60), 10(65), 8(70) up 5 lbs
Dips to failure: 16

Nice workout there, and good luck on the bench PR.

It is kind of funny how ArA does bring you back to when you first started lifting with the DOMS.

Glad to see you following along with a couple of the ArA logs. I certainly learn a lot from them.
I've never ran ArA before. I already have everything and I'm super pumped from all the reviews so I figured I'd follow on some of these logs, should be some great ones!

I just got back from the gym and had a great workout. Shoulders and legs are my weak points and I have already noticed some strength increases. This is probably the least favorite of my workouts, most likely because it is not my strongest point. Today was good however. I went up on my dumbbell presses and shoulder presses. I also went up a little on my legs. My squats didn't increase but I felt it was much easier to do the same weight for the same number of reps. Focus has been great and I feel like my workouts are getting easier, so its time to move up.

Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(80lbs), 10(85lbs), 8(85lbs)
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(135), 10(145), 8(150)
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(55), 10(60), 8(65)
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45)
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (300), 10(320), 8(340)
Squats: 3 sets of 12(265), 10(305), 8(325)
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(165), 8(170)
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180)
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(155), 10(165), 8(175)

Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(165lbs), 10(175lbs), 8(185lbs) same
Straight arm pulldowns (cable): 3 sets of 12(35 lbs), 10(37.5 lbs), 8(40 lbs) up 2.5lbs

Worked out last night and did chest and triceps. I tried to max out on bench press and I was able to get 5lbs on my previous PR! Very happy about that! I was stuck at 300lbs exactly for a while and just got 305 last night. I think by the end of this run I will be able to add another 10lbs. I am loving the strength increases here.
Flat Bench Press: Did 1 warm up set of 135 x 10 reps and another of 185 for 6 reps and jumped right into the max lift. I tried this method the last time and I got my PR of 300lbs, and this time I hit 305! I tried 310 but wasn't quite able to get it up without some assistance. After that I did my normal workout routine:
3 sets of 12(205lb), 10(210lb), 8(240lb) Up 5 lbs each set
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(185), 10(195), 8(205) Same
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80) up 5 lbs each set
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(75), 10(80), 8(85) same
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80) up 5 lbs from last time ( I hadn't seen increase here for a while, I was kind of stagnant for a while, glad to move up here)
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(65), 8(70) Up 5lbs on first set but same on last 2
Dips to failure: 17 Got one extra rep out this time around

Headed to the gym right now to do shoulders and legs. Here is the real test with my weak points!

Strength went up a lot with shoulders and legs. I have been weak at these two points (mostly shoulders) all my life. I have seen some real good gains since I started. I weighed myself at the gym today and was 187. I started out 184. I feel a lot leaner and much stronger since starting. I will definitely be using this product again, especially for the price. I am seeing some steady gains of about 5-10lbs increase per week in each of my lifts. That is a big success for me.
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(85lbs), 10(90lbs), 8(95lbs) Up 5lbs from last week, most I have ever done for reps
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(145), 10(155), 8(160) Up 10lbs each set
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(60), 10(65), 8(70) Up 5 lbs
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45) same
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (320), 10(340), 8(360) Up 20 lbs each set, most I have ever done
Squats: 3 sets of 12(275), 10(315), 8(335) Up 10 lbs each set. Felt great!
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(165), 10(170), 8(175) up 5 bs
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(160), 10(170), 8(180) same
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(165), 10(175), 8(185) up 10lbs each set

Here is my workout from yesterday. I hit my PR in bench press! Here it is:
Flat Bench Press: I did 1 warm up set of 135 x 10 reps and another of 185 for 6 reps and went right into the max lift like last time. I tried 310 and got it! I then waited a few minutes and tried 315 but couldn't quite get it up. I am super excited about this!
3 sets of 12(210lb), 10(215lb), 8(245lb) Up 5 lbs each set
Incline Hammer Strength Press: 3 sets of 12(190), 10(200), 8(210) Up 5 lbs
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80) same
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(80), 10(85), 8(90) up 5 lbs each set
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80) same
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(65), 10(65), 8(70) same
