better quality of sleep on 5AD?

I would have sworn I saw one of the members post something about having a better quality of sleep while on 5ad....I took my first dose last night and I've got to tell you, I slept like a baby! Any ideas how/why the hormone could be causing this effect?

it's neuroactive, it can produce non specific anesthetic activity, or stimulation and is different from person to person, your one of the blessed ones
