Idk if this was due to me studying all morning and barely eating while I was out the door, but when I took my dose I felt a nice boost. Gave a good speech and didn't even need more notes to hit all the key points. I was in the zone.

a little over 2 weeks in on pr-xt...if i were using a sleep aid i am affraid i wouldn't want to get out of bed---hell, i don't want to get out of bed without the sleep aid!!!

I dont know what to expect honestly lol, Is fullness supposed to be an effect? I figured I'd have hunger increase but as of now it's honestly the complete opposite.

fullness is something i have been experiencing, but it took me longer to get it....so far i haven't felt an increase in hunger either, but i was kinda expecting too.

well, be happy with the fullness on day 5...i think it was around 9-10 before i really saw that!!!
 
after a bunch of thinking and comparing my progress in weights and mass I decided to discontinue Smolov.

Simply because Smolov is supposed to be used as a plateau breaker, seeing how I havent hit a plateau and *knock on wood* dont intend to for a while I am simply putting more strain on my elbows and wrists that I want to. I'm more than confident in my ability to reach 405 with a typical split so in the end it just wasnt worth the benefit to hazard ratio.

Side note I always warm up with a hoodie on when it's cold as tits outside, after the first exercise I'm usually good. So when I took off my hoodie I feel like I filled my XL shirt quite well, arm sleeves were at mid bicep instead of down past my tricep and it actually looked like I had a chest. Pretty happy, I wish what I looked like pumped after chest day was how I looked everyday waking up. Been a constant thought in the back of my mind and to actually see some progression to that goal really made my day.

Indeed.

Had a talk with my best friend about the most effective method to keep kids off drugs, and we came to the conclusion that its having goals and seeing them come to fruition. All spiked from Home Depot having little seminars where they teach kids how to build bird houses and such. And the feeling of gratification is one of the best out there. It's an almost silly feeling that you can share but never explain.

Lol sorry, I've been in a deep thinking mood today haha :P

Nope not at all, I was thinking about moving up but then I realized I'm going to be cutting soon. Bodybuilding is a constant struggle of finding proper clothing lmao. But for most part XL's are roomy and comfortable...until I'm pumped so I can manage

Chest is feeling full still, I love this feeling. I know I probably haven't built any muscle, but seeing what I will have shortly is a great feeling. Arms are engorged like full extended or brought in to scratch my nose I feel that familiar tightness.

It's actually from a company called bestbelt dot net, I've had it for years.
I chose them because it was ONE solid piece of leather, because the CEO gave me a phone call and asked exactly how I wanted the belt/what its going to be used for and because they even drilled extra holes in it and worked it in for me.I highly recommend them.
Getting a lever belt soon though, nice 10 mm idk what color yet

Lol my friend told me for his box squats after his working sets he put 225 on and squatted for 2 minutes. It made me wanna cry just imagining that lol
