Life's been crazy dood. Hardly getting a chance to get my hands on a computer these days. Only about 2-3 times a week, and a lot of business to take care of when that happens.

I dont know what to expect honestly lol, Is fullness supposed to be an effect? I figured I'd have hunger increase but as of now it's honestly the complete opposite.
fullness is something i have been experiencing, but it took me longer to get it....so far i haven't felt an increase in hunger either, but i was kinda expecting too.

Off day, my whole day went to ****. I started off with a good deed and everything spiraled down hill. When I had to confront someone at the grocery store for being completely rude I decided gym wasn't the place to be. Whenever I'm mad I always do worse and then get mad at myself. I wanted to end the day well. That and my friends leg day is tomorrow so we finally realigned our push pull leg. Whoop

Chest is feeling full still, I love this feeling. I know I probably haven't built any muscle, but seeing what I will have shortly is a great feeling. Arms are engorged like full extended or brought in to scratch my nose I feel that familiar tightness.
