I'm a tester of the Strong insulin Mimicking, Anti-armotase, & Creatine BETA Product. In the category of : 6 years+ supp. use, Creatine Non-responder
Stats:
height: 5'11
Weight: 222
body type: Mesomorph
age: 21
B/f: 9-10%
-Diet Pretty clean, i eat alot of fruits veggies and everything else you can think of, within reason'/but for the most part healthy.
Dosage- 2 morning /2pre workout
I will be starting this beta product tomorrow, I look forword to getting perhaps time at the gym in(as i tend to make it in 3 days a week for a hardcore 1-2 hour work out) Outside of that i train MMA ever weekday.

Will try to post some feed back ED/EOD of differences and chances on routines, moods, or appetite and will add in the effect it has on my MMA trainning.


I Look forword to this log and letting people get honest/non-baised results.

Will attempt to time work outs, and base them off past work outs as far as MMA goes.

In the gym will do my best to record all lifts and reps, infact i invested in a degital scale for this log.

Day 1
Today i'm afraid i didn't get a workout in, had to run to the bank downtown and then pick up my fiancey, then was off to work. (no MMA trainning ether) Bummer....

Dosage
2 apon waking up, empty stomach
2 after eatting lunch

Effects
Felt alittle quezy on a empty stomach first awakening, but it very well could have been the heat, other then that after my second dose with some food and being well hydrated. Felt fit as a fittel, Intresting note, i felt some warm feeling around my face. Could be nothing or something.

take 2 15 minutes before eating in the morning
take the second dose either 5=6 hours later 15 minutes before a meal or post workout meal.

Day 2
I got two works outs in today, and some intresting news!
I got a email today telling me that i will be facing off in a submission wrestling exabition match in 4 days infront of a big crowd at a MMA event.

So i hit the weights did a mild/light weight work out, consisted of some light sets mostly hammer strength weights,(not free weights) and did suprisingly well for not having a pre-work out shake(instead had a bowl of total) Which i think might have to do with Beta-Creatine. My lifts went smooth but due to a time crunch and having MMA trainning only did a upper-mid body workout, and didnt have anytime to really record any lifts.

But i did have a very productive MMA class, Started with some light take down drills(all no-gi judo) then did some heavy ground work, in which another fighter took my back, who has a decent guard and is my size. Now being alittle burnt out from the workout and being so hot, it was a good test of endurence as he had me figure foured(*like having there hooks in but worse! He was sqeezing my guts trying to since in the RNC, but i managed to out power his arms and legs! and was able to spin out land back in his full guard, which i then worked him over*, Practice insued with me working my sprawl and doing some hard sparring where i was on defence going light and people had to hold me down on the ground and i had to stand up.

Over all i am exhausted but had a very good work out with decent pumps for only second day. My endurence seems up even though i just started trainning hard again.

2-15mins before my post workout meal

Effects
Felt more energy in the gym and over all, I still feeling a upper body pump. My endurence went up more then usually in MMA class. Mood has been mostly stable, i've received some personal bad news over the past couple weeks. So i feel better then i should right now.

I'm a purple belt in Jiu jitsu training for the nationals in California.

I real excited about this product its better than NO2 ( I really thing NO2 is the kitchen sink approach). THis formula only has 3 ingredients working its magic in 2 capsules. After a week, bump up the dose to 3 caps.

How long have you been doing Jujitsu?
 
Day 3
No weights really, as i'm preparing for a Big submission wrestling match my focus has been endurence & drilling/sparring. Day went really well, worked take downs and felt real productive. Strength felt up in the gym sort of that endurence has been added to the top level of my strength, holding people down and squezing hard dosnt seem to gas me, muscles looked fuller. Worked alot of sweeps, sprawls, throws, and my X guard.

Effects
Energy in the gym seemed higher today then yesterday, i felt more vasucolar and less tired after a intense work out. Another intresting note my hunger has shot threw the roof!

Alittle update
Next week will start doing 2-3 hardcore days in the gym lifting, this week is all grappling trainning because of my matchs.
 
Day 4
Well today was pretty intense in the way of a work out, i did 25 mins straight of wrestling big guys, i went 2 mins then i'd switch out for a fresh guy. Let me say digging deep was neccary today. Anyways i defintly felt something extra a boost of sorts in endurence because at the end of my practice i was asking people for more.

Feel a really good pump effect, and extra endurence. I'm definetly responding to something in this product as my energy levels are very high for the amount of stress i'm putting on my body.

Day 7 and weekend review! includes my fight!
I fought at vision quest,in the PRIDE fc Amature Bouts. My match was a submission wrestling match, deemed for 5 mins. I was to face A guy who was a national champ at wrestling and the army's champion wrestler(from what my friend said who traiend with him) anyways the guy had limited submission skils and was a solid beast at wrestling. He looked 240 easy, i weighed in for the fight at 209 i thought we had to make 210. Worried i couldnt lose 12 pounds in 3 days i emailed the event manager and told him perhaps i couldnt make it, so he changed the weight to 215, i ended up making 209 and he made 215 which is just amazing that he weighed 215 the day before the event because it seriously looked like he weighed 240 and felt like it. (oN to the match) So we finally get started 7th match on the card with over 500 in attendance. We circul and i figure he's gonna shoot, when WAM he smacks me in the back of the neck which felt more like fijita punching me with a hook to the rear side of the neck. I am completly dazed by the So called SNAP DOWN(*cough cough*) and my vision blurrs, next thing i know he's already dropped his weight and comes in like a frieght train and picks me way off the ground. I tried for a under hook and attempted to sprawl but it was already too late. I emedatily wrap my legs around and attempt to pull guard mid air and we hit the mat hard. He attempts to stack me as i attempt to take his back, ref stands us up. We circul and i'm still dazed he smacks me again and i shove him against the ropes this time he caught my shoulder and bit before hitting my neck. I attampt to body lock and he manages to snap down. I shoot in for a body lock and he almost locks me under him i spin out, he takes my back standing. I go for a rolling kumira and spin out and he dives for a low double. He manages to take me down, we jockey for postion as he attempts to spin around my open guard. i pull him in as he powers me towards his corner and the ropes. I pop up and lock in a trangle choke, hes too powerful and throws my legs, i spin under and lock a armbar. I start to extend it and the ref stands us up!?! WTF! i'm thinking ghey, we start standing in the middle and i'm feeling pretty winded from his size/power and aggression. *NOTE* He has a short body with a powerlifters build*. I have a good two- three inches on him....* We contiue to circul and he shoots hard we hit the ropes and he manages to take me down again( dough) We are pinned against the ropes and i think we are gonna stand and he manages to shuck my legs as i look to the ref to stand us, he does stop action but makes us restart in side control when he should have never had it. He goes for a couple failed keylock attempts i am half bridged out and the bell rings.

The match is a draw, my oppenent is cool shakes my hand and i limp off to the bathroom to change. My neck is still very sore from the "Punches" i mean snap downs. But i feel good for stepping up to a much bigger agressive wrestler.

Was a good match and i hope to have a rematch soon, my main style is Judo, i've also wrestled for years and done jujitsu/boxing/thaiboxing.

Anyways all this aside i had some good pumps from all this exicitment, which probably had something to do to the Product. I think cutting so much weight so fast took some of my fight out of me, but ehh whatever. For a match that got set up 4 days prior to show. I think it went well!

Yeah one more note from my match, they wouldnt let my corner be in my corner???? but theres was?!

Was alittle odd but perhaps the judges couldnt see the bout with him standing in the corner (how the layout was)
 
Sorry haven't updated as i've come down with a bad cold/flu and haven't even been able to do MMA trainning my dosage bumped back down to 2 x 2 a day.

Will re-up log ether tomorrow or next day, fasting for the fight must have lowered my immune system, because i came down hard and fast.

Starting to feel better
