Beta-Alanine Okay On Race Day?

Hey all,
So for the past two weeks, I've been supplementing with Beta Alanine(CarnoSyn) in preparation for a track meet. I only run the 100m...but my endurance sucks so I thought it might help. The meet is on July 5th, three days from now. Should I cycle off of Beta Alanine before the race? If so when? OR, would it be okay to take it race day?


Normally, I'd cycle off everything before a race, but I scared my carnosine levels are going to drop and negatively affect me.

Thoughts? Thanks.
 
Agree with Aaron and that you aren't even saturated with Beta Alanine yet.
 
Its not a good idea to try new things on raceday. Wether it be removing supps, or adding new ones. You train how you would for raceday.
